Don't wast time or money at Angelbux .
A new owner has taken over, changed to 'ads only' , however
the "cashout" link is still there and seemingly functional .
He even puts your [ username ] in the 'Paid ' page .

I would agree something is going on at Angelbux. And absolutely the TOS has changed to reflect an "ads only" site, but on the home page it misleads any newcomers or referrals by those not in the know, that payout can be requested at 10 dollars. Any request will be seen as a donation to the "sites".

The ads tapered off to nothing not long ago and then wonderously overnight went from zero to 18-20 per day. That should have been the first clue something dramatic had changed.

So yes, Angelbux has now been taken from a daily click/read site to a "no longer working" site. I might also note just before the site was bought out, there was a big tado with being hacked and everyone's earnings being lost unless you had a screen shot that proved what they were before the data loss.

Sadly, another PTR site, built on lies and misdirection.

I should start a service, "Terms of Service Changes You Didn't Know" and then start monitoring changes at all these sites. This "ads only" switch is nothing new. It's just a simple way of saying you're not getting paid unless you have something to sell.
