We e-mailed all complainants against MistyandSamsCash recently, and asked them whether they would like their complaint to remain on file. Of these, only four expressed a wish that their complaint should remain.
All other complaints will be removed (which includes some complaints submitted in 2005 without an e-mail address), and so MistyandSamsCash has been removed from our Watch List, since there are no longer the requisite five complaints.
Just in case one of our complainants missed our earlier e-mail, a message will be sent to our mailing list letting them know that M&SC was removed from our Watch List, and noting that unless complainants responded, their complaint was removed. They are, of course, at liberty to submit a new complaint if they so wish.
Edit to Add: Congratulations to the new owners of this site for paying off the portion of old site debt inherited by them (despite our reservations as to activity requirements imposed on members waiting for payment).
