I got paid $3 within 25 days of my redemption request. I rate PennEmail program above average. This program sends out email links worth 1 cent each. Recently, frequency of paid emails has been increased. So, even if one does not have referrals, it would be possible to reach the payout in a reasonable time. I expect my payout period to be less than 60 days if this program sends out paid emails at the current pace. The only weakness of the program is that it has only 2 referral levels, the direct being just 20%. But given the low payout of $3 and the fast pace of receiving paid emails , it is not that bad!
