My E-Gold account was just paid $1.89 by Opt-In-Pays.
I rate this program very high relative to other programs. There is no minimum payout and the account balance is deposited to UR E-Gold account. They R trying to resolve the problem with the PayPal people.
I became wiser in dealing with the no minimum or very low minimum programs as far as the promotion of such program goes after some mishaps. Now I watch a program if it is sending at least 0.5 cent links and with a good frequency. Then only I promote it with the paid ads. In general I first promote a new program with free ads if possible. This strategy has saved me money and frustration. Opt-In-Pays sends out 1 cent emails. There R also bonus links each worth 3 cents!
I spent about a couple of dollars for the promotion of the Opt-In-pays program and have collected many fold money from them. I made use of the free ads for getting referrals!
