I really wish this program was 100% solid. While I don't think they're a "scam," the chillincash site seems kind of unstable. I was paid by them sometime early in June but the attention to the program doesn't seem in keeping with promised payout schedule. I was also a member of TheCashPanel, owned and run by the same but that site unfortunately went dark sometime last winter. CashTroops is also under the same ownership and is currently showing as suspended by shiftcode and while they promised 24hour "instant payouts" the site was paying much slower (maybe weekly/biweekly). Offer crediting might be delayed, so might support ticket replies. I have really liked all of these sites and the owner has always seemed nice/helpful; so understand that I'm really not trying to slam the program in any way but also want others to know about what I've seen.
