I've been waiting almost a year to receive the items I redeemed my sklifpoints for. Over $100 worth. I've emailed them numerous times. I've called them and left messages too. I haven't gotten one response. Yet their site continues to operate. The BBB can't help because the address Sklif gives on their site is false. If you've had problems too, please submit Sklif to GPT.
