What can I earn through referrals?
You will earn $25 per each of your direct referrals, $25 per each of your indirect referrals, $25 per each of your 3rd level referrals.
The referral payment will be assessed in your account when your referrals reach the minimum payment requested and cash out.

Does it mean that I have to wait for my referrals to cash out to redeem my earnings?
Absolutely not. You are totally independent from your referrals' earnings. You can cash out as soon as you reach $350. Your earnings for your referrals only will show as soon as each of them cashes out. So it's not that you cannot cash out until your referrals do, you could not have a single referral and cash out all the same. "

Look at the second part of the question-- It states that member don't have to wait for their referrals to cash out as long as the member reach the minimum requirment..

I have read some of ex members' feeling about the richmails. Some stated that they had to wait for their referrals to reach $350 first b4 they can redeem their earnings.

I wondered whether the Richmails changed their rulings frequently as to get more members ?

I remember last month that Richmails stated in their FAQ that Date of payment is on 15th January 2003 .

Now, I can't find the payment date in FAQ.

What it is saying is that you have to get $350 to cashout. You can cashout at $350 even if your referrals havent reached $350, but you wont get your $25 from your referral until they reach $350 and cashout.

They just dont want to pay anyone

What do you mean by the "Payment Date"?

Payment Date refers to the date they will be paying you.

For example, when the payment date is on 15th Jan, that means they will pay u on 15th Jan.
