duno quietly went away some time ago but came back
they claim to pay for each post
they had a payout (?) of $5
many people have/had over $10 and were ignored by the amin
now everyone has lost their money as the admin has decided not to pay by posting but to pay by referal
admin changes the rules about 2-20 times each week
when you demand your money from admin your account is deleted
if you call admin a scam then you account is deleted
if you question admin too much your account is deleted
if too many members dont like your posts the, you guessed it, you account is deleted
i have written to there domain provider and their host telling them about this scam and that they are an accomplice to a scam by allowing the site to keep operating, their replies have been something like, we dont care as long as we are paid the admin can do what they want to do

Domain registrars and hosts provide a service and won't do anything unless a site breaks their tems of service which generally includes the law of the country where they are residing. It usually takes a court order for them to act.
Though this may seem annoying, in itself this isn't so bad because it also protects honest websites from being taken down by false complaints of their competition.
This is why sites like GPTBoycott are so important to make (potential) members of programs aware of good and bad programs.
