I received 77 cents in my PayPal account within 9 days of my request. This program sends out tons of paid emails daily. Most links are worth 0.5 cent each. But there are also others worth 0.6 cent and occasionally 1 cent worth.
Mostly these R search links but they also send out non-search links from time to time. The minimum payment is 1 cent and is paid monthly.
MY Strategy: I M very careful in promoting low minimum payout programs. This is because in most of the cases such programs tend to send out cheap links less than 0.5 cents and include links worth 0.25 in most cases but also 0.001 in some cases! If one is not careful, it is easy to spend money in promoting such programs which one will not recover even in 10 years!
So, I monitor the program for a while and if the program sends out rich mails (0.5 cent and up), I will first promote it by exploiting the free ads route and then via the paid ads.
CashForAction fulfills my condition for promoting it. After I requested my redemption, I ran a free ad (MokerCash) and got 2 people signed up under me. I plan to run free ads again(CashCauldron and others) and hopefully earn money to run paid ads. But there is no rush because I do not wish to spend more money in ads than the program will deliver. But there R many positive signs emerging out of this program. U R eligible to be paid 1 cent for the 0.5 cent worth link if the link is clicked within the 24 hour period. Something ( the idea of rewarding the prompt clickers) many programs are already doing ; as an example Opt-In-Pays comes to my mind. Here R the particulars about this program:
