not finding anything on that page that specifically addresses my situation here.
I have never been a member of the site in question, but had a problem with ordering advertising at this site.
I was a member a long time ago of both of this PO's other sites which are now closed (she had a history of forcing searches, rudeness, poor customer service, and "creative debt reduction" at those sites also)

Yes, advertisers may also file complaints.
Your question is answered at http://www.gptboycott.com/boycott/ more fully:
We encourage both members and non-members to register complaints about sites. In assessing whether complaints are valid the staff of this site will determine whether a complaint from a non-member should be counted. Whether the complaint will be counted will depend entirely on its nature, and this will vary from complaint to complaint. For example, a complaint that a site is wildly unsustainable may be counted from a non-member, whereas a complaint that a site is not paying a third party may not be counted from a non-member.

Nevermind....Rob beat me to it. But as a potential advertiser I know I would want to be aware of any problems others ESPECIALLY non-members have had.
