Adpaid always pays, and pretty quick. Lately they haven't been sending lots of emails like they used to, so it's a bit slower to get payout. Even so, about every 3-4 months I cash out.
Whatcash has great contests, always get paid by them.
Donkeymails always pays pretty quick, fair amount of emails worth 1/4 to 1/2 cent.
the gain family are my favorites, too, surprised to see some of them on the watch list. I hope there is nothing wrong with them, so far have had good response to payout requests.
