I've received an e-mail today stating that the owners of ToMoonMail also own Ayaemails and NicePTR.

Can anybody confirm or deny this information?

You might also want to try to find out what the connection is to BucksPTR where Xubeck was listed as the owner and where he ran some personally coded and nasty autosearching 0 iframes a few months back.
