I've posted this for site owners and other members to use to help increase our membership here at GPTBoycott.com.
By increasing the membership, we hope to keep the membership better informed of news, events and changes in the "paid to" industry, as well as, increase activity in the referral threads and provide a larger number of qualified voters to nominate and vote in the Seal of Approval process.
In addition to the input received on "honest" programs, it should increase the input concerning "dishonest" programs, as well as aiding in identifying them more quickly and assisting us in taking action in a more timely fashion to warn others.
It all comes back to the original purpose of GPTBoycott.com, to "inform and educate." The larger the membership, the better informed and more educated we all become - everyone stands to benefit. There are many companies on the Internet who promise to reward you for your Internet activity. Some require you to use an ad-bar, others require you to read e-mails from them.
However there are always those looking to take advantage of their users. The aim of GPTBoycott is to name the offending 'get-paid-to' companies, and urge others to stop using them. If you're tired of companies stealing your money, or if you want to know which to avoid, take a look around the site!
Membership is FREE, of course, and new members are welcome. We are very serious about our concerns to keep the membership informed of offending companies and are currently filing complaints with the proper enforcement agencies in an effort to seek prosecution of those who would take advantage of their users.
