Program Support Questions

Do you feel that the traffic exchange questions and program support folders should be removed due to inactivity?

It's been on my mind for a while now, some of them don't get touched and it makes the rest of the forum as a whole seem inactive when at times that isn't the case.

It's up to you guys - I'd like some feedback on this.

Program support folder are a good thing but what you could do is to place them all in in one main folder entitled " Program Support " or something similar, With sub folders for each program. I know from experience that some times the " Contact mail " on Websites does not work 100% and its easier to post a question in the support folder for a program,
