You call other sites scams, and said some very nasty things about other webmasters, and your members because they complain that you do not pay them. You act like an immature brat when you get mad at people when the complain, and make up stories about them. Your programs should be boycotted, and so is everything you own. The only person who is throwing false accusations around is you. First it is Points2Cash, then me, then earners, Pryz, and now GypsyDad. I know there are others that I missed, but enough is enough. It seems everytime someone complains, you call them scammers, cheaters and all that. Like the case with Points2Cash wasted our taxpayers money on a worthless false report because he disagreed with you about banning certain countries because you deemed them to be terrorists. I even saw Jay telling me he does not want nothing to do with you either after you attacked a program he created for another webmaster. As far as I can tewll, Jay backed up that webmaster for what he told you. Now, you better retract your words about me in your forum. I will contact a lawyer fi you don't and I can take you to court, and sue your pants off for slander.

The guy I called a scam also took JAYS account from him...... So who is the person thats talking without knowning anythign thats going on?

Also that other webmaster stole my account :(

he also falsely displays he has 10,000+ members by putting a

10, befor his actual member count .

I was given my account and all referrals back today . :)

( after I told the guy I would not help him with scripting errors that took place today /. )

VenomX is my friend and I do know what else I can offer on this subject other then I do know sherry was paid .

Read this Jay and Venomx. You will find this as interesting since all your posts here have been deleted, and the posts you made Jay over there on the Get Paid Forum is subject to be deleted for false accusations since you never called my local police station about me. You never said if you made the call or the supposed to be police officer you said you talked to called you? If that officer called you? It would be likely one of the harassers that is being investigated, and you fell for that person's trap.

Regardless of whether the photo is or is not Poncer, the public posting/displaying of such a photo can be deemed libelous conduct on your behalf and will be neither condoned nor tolerated by owners, staff or membership of GPTBoycott.

Posting in this forum is a privilege granted conditionally upon following forum rules, which you seem to think do not apply to you - as evidenced by constant personal attacks, profanity and now a photo - put on public display for the sole purpose of causing unnecessary embarrassment and/or ridicule. FACT: The following excerpts are from a message I received from a person, whose identity I wish to conceal, on or about Dec. 10, 2002:

"I have something a lot more important to talk to you about than the gpt world.......I have some chat logs that I have been told make Poncer look like a child molester and he is being called one in an open forum at gpf.......Can I pass these logs onto you and have you look into it ?.......I can give you the URL's on the forum where you can gather more info to investigate too. Anything !"

FACT: On or about Dec. 10, 2002, John Stilwell, a/k/a venomx, started a thread called About cash4hits, see:

as it appeared here, prior to removal of the fifth, sixth and seventh paragraphs and editing of names - personal attacks and referrences to sexual perversion.

FACT: On or about Dec. 11, 2002, I contacted the Arkansas Crime Information Center, at ph. # 501-682-2222, to ascertain if David Stroud was listed as a sex offender. I was transferred to a female named Jesse, who maintains said list, and was informed "there is no David Stroud listed."

FACT: On or about Dec. 11, 2002, I contacted lgwong @ GPForum to relay the above information:

"Yesterday, I contacted the Arkansas Crime Information Center, at ph. # 501-682-2222, to ascertain if David Stroud was listed as a sex offender. I was transferred to a female named Jesse, who maintains said list, and was informed "there is no David Stroud listed." This is easily verified as the number I listed is to "Public Information."

The person who contacted me was concerned there may be a pedophile on the forum - because of the reference made in the post I cited. I have since contacted her and reassured her the statement was false.

Thanks for your attention to this matter.

were removed. I have already proved that

Lexie, I posted that I can't remember that I ever joined his program, and I posted to him about that. Instead, he bashed me which I got angry, and I called Chris a scam artist because I was signed up under him. After he posted my personal info Get Paid Forum, I went and check my subscriptions in my inbox, and there it was. I did signed up under him, and I forgot I ever did signed up. We all make that mistake. But, my point is that venomx should have contacted me in a civil way instead of being hostile against his members. At that time, I did not rememer I signed up. And as for his posting my personal info in that forum, he put my life in danger for doing that since I have people trying to post my personal info in the Yahoo groups. It is the same people who have been harassing me with the same accusations venomx is making against me. It makes me wonder, sorry Ron, that if venomx is involved with these people. Jay is now involved which I am hurt, but it is hard to blame him for all of this. I know this should not be mentioned, but everybody needs the truth to be said like Lexie and Ron have mentioned that I am not a sex offender nor have a criminal record. But, these statements by venomx, and Jay has already made damage to me and my name. I would like an apology from everybody who accused me of these things, and also let their members know that I am not what these people claim me as one.

Personally shay , if it were me , I would take this so seriously that I would sue their tail feathers off . No If's , And's or But's about it . I wouldn't care if I had to take a second loan on my home to get my name cleared AND the accuser punished . I would feel completely justified in doing so . So who cares ? Me that's who !

If no one cared there would be no internet regulations against the exploitation of children nor would there be anyone seeking the truth when doubts arise .

Child molestation is the most dispicable thing I can possibly imagine . A lie of such nature to ruin another reputation runs a close second .

Lexie, I read a case like this in Australia when i did my research paper for my English class about slandering and the Internet. A college professor was labeled online in I think an Anthopology group, and someone posted that the professor was a child molester. That rumor spread like a wildfire, and the college fired him. He tried to find another job in his field, and all colleges would not hire him because the false accusations against him. So, he took the person to court for slander who called him a child molester, and he won the case, and alot of money from the court case. John may need to face this, or he may wind up getting sued and lose everything.

Not that I care and he would be listed for petty offenses anyhow after plea agreements ........

On grounds that they only yell scam about programs that do not run how they run theirs... Poncer and P2C both believe a site shoudl have only 5 cent emails even if its 1 email a year. If they dont send 5 cent links or have a payout over $0.01 they are a scam.

Thanks for the question, Jay. I was trying to avoid all this by giving a short answer in hopes of putting this issue of "sexual perversion" to rest. I see there will be no end to this without a lengthy explanation.

BEFORE contacting the Arkansas Crime Information Center, I went through Arkansas's State Records and found no history of arrest. This information is stored according to name, race, sex and DOB (date of birth) - Jr, Sr, III are not applicable, but do appear if a record is found. The response returned Stroud's info and: "No Criminal History."

NEXT, I went through N.C.I.C. (National Crime Information Center) database which maintains criminal histories submitted by law enforcement in the 50 states and the F.B.I. - all inclusive. Again, this information is stored as I outlined above: name, race, sex, DOB. The response from N.C.I.C. was: "No record found."

LAST, I made the phone call to A.C.I.C. - which I have already discussed.

Being informed three times that such a record does not exist is twice more than was needed, imo. I have no idea where this rumor was started, or by whom; but, that is no concern of mine - it is past time for it to end.

it was re-instated after he harrassed me and complained
about it for months, and $2 was deducted, a fine
(in effect) for his actions. He seemed satisfied with
this. Then his account became inactive and was deleted
a 2nd time. Nothing posted by "venomx" should be
believed. How could I think that programs with a minimum payment amount over $0.01 are "scams" if my
own program has a minimum payment amount of
$2? I have never expressed such an opinion. "venomx"
likes the phrase "get the story straight", but in reality
he is unable to keep his own fictional stories straight, as
they contradict eachother and often don't even make
sense. If "venomx" says I think that "if they dont
send 5 cent links or have a payout over $0.01 they
are a scam", then I would be calling my own paid-to-
read program a "scam", although I have paid many
members, and provided free advertising to many of
them as well...Once again, "venomx" fabrications
don't even make sense, let alone have any relation
to reality. Also, I had no involvement with MyECom
deleting their "earn $$$" section. Neither did
Poncer. Michmaj was responsible for provoking
the owner to do this. The section was not effective
now that there are some many paid-to-read and
paid-to-click programs, and it was only a suggestion
from him to remove non-paying programs on the
list which caused the owner to remove the section.

OK, folks, let's get back on track with the subject of this thread.

Gypsydad has posted a complaint alleging he and many others have been trying to collect monies owed them by Cash4Hits and Top Dollar Emails for months - unsuccessfully. "Some people for as long as 6 months. His answers to our replies are always met with threats and rudeness and after a second request, he will find some excuse to delete your account. I earned $2.00 in one month, yet he deleted my account for inactivity."

To continue with Boycott proceedings, we need specifics. Please proceed as follows:

NOTE: A Program will not be boycotted on the posts made at the GPTBoycott Forums. For a Program to be officially boycotted at GPTBoycott we need at least ten comments of complaint submitted to us, through our main page; http://www.gptboycott.com.

When posting suggestions of programs to boycott at the forums:

1. Specify which program you have a complaint about, by posting its name in the subject of the thread;

2. State the nature of your complaint: non-payment, deleted account/membership or both;

3. State when payment was requested and program response, if any;

4. State when account/membership was deleted and reason given, if any.

5. State length of time you have been/were a member of the "get-paid-to..." program.

Make sure to note when you boycott my sites that you all railroaded me because you are upset your sites are not as popular.

Also rememebr to post that you all supported ETK and gave it the seal. HAHA I think every program you have supported here has been a scam or disappeared.... why is that? Maybe you all and Richard had a deal?

Lol, you are trying to hide yourself by pulling up Richard to the scene are you? Why don't you stop accusing other people of being scams and try to clear YOUR name first?????

1. People have a RIGHT to support a program they wish. ETK was a very popular program. So members felt it should get the seal. WE don't know what would happen in 2, 3 or 4 months time. So blaming members of supporting a program they felt was good at that time is ABSURD.

2. You dont know whether ETK is a scam or not. So hold your horses and try and clear up YOUR name first.

Leave Richard out of this thread. This is about YOUR programs and not any other. You accuse people of their sites not being popular. YOU think YOUR sites are popular??? ....hmmm yes, they actually are, for a lot of OTHER reasons other than what webmasters would like their programs to be popular for.

Hi Y'all,

If I may interject here.
It is obvious that nothing any of us say here will make a bit of difference to this boy, he is not going to "see the light" or "mend his ways".
As we are all respectable Internet Business owners and Internet workers lets just get on with the task at hand, and remove this person from our monitors thus removing him from our lives.
It is sad that it has come to this as I was seriously considering bailing him out of his debts and helping him to establish himself as a respectable Internet colleague. This obviously cannot be done.
I will begin this process now, by asking DAzHiredGun a question.
Do we post all the information you requested here on the forum such as E-mails received and sent etc, or should we send them to you at another address, as I am sure it will take up a lot of space.

OK back to the subject in hand.

I second Gypsy Dads suggestion to boycott TopDollarEmails.
I have been waiting for payment for over 6 months on TDE and have been a member from the beginning.
His own terms and conditions have been broken many times

He has changed to a points system so no-one knows how much anything is worth an more - can we trust this person to spread his percentage at the end of each month or are members supporting advertisers for nothing?

I must add however that I have been paid twice but my current redemption request was made in May 2002

Some might think I am posting this because Venom has now been banned - exactly - it seemed pointless before as the thread would simply change to a slandering match. Let's hope the threads here can now be more productive.

Forgive me, folks, but I stand corrected. I was not familiar with the original rules for boycotting a program, as drafted by Rob and Keith, and erroneously stated "ptr" - which should have been all inclusive by stating "get-paid-to..."

Ok...i reached payout with TopDollarEmails 4 months ago almost. Requested payment. Then about 2 months ago, I emailed the owner asking where I was in the line of getting paid. Got no reply. I think this was a legit. question, cause no where on the site does it show where he/she is at paying people. So last nite I sent this email, no responce as of yet.

Why should I as a webmaster promote a program who's webmaster treats their members who earned their money like dirt with a name calling bash, cuss words, etc....and accusations such as those you've made against Poncer.

Now i know Poncer can be offensive at times, so can I...
He does yell Scam the loudest and a lot more than he should..
He's even called me a scam...etc...but rather than have a bashing back and forth, i've responded to him professionally, and guess what/ We've not only become friends, but he's one of my biggest defenders when someone tries to bash me...

I think you need to remember "YOu get more flies with honey than you do with vinigar".......

I'm really upset by what i see going on here in this thread and a lot of others.....
But the worst thing i've seen is your accusations against Poncer, and I'm sorry if you take offense to this, but i find them appaling, and i've lost quite a bit of respect for you over what i've read here.

I've been bashed by many of the same people bashing you, but i've never gone to the lenghts you have here....
You';re not solving anything....

People have a right to voice their complaints, whether you as a webmaster agree or disagree....
The only thng you can and should do, is state why you feel the complaint is invalid....

Then with no bashing back and forth, if you can't solve your differences, then just agree to disagree and end it...

Take this as constructive advice please...It's not meant any other way..................
A lot of others need to take it also...

This forum should be a fact-finding forum for members to gain facts about certain programs, and they should be able to hear both sides but all this name calling and bashing is very distracting to the issue.

To me, the issue was the fact that you haven't paid members in months.
You brought EMTK into it, you brought Jay into it, voiced accusations against Poncer,

WEll to me that shows me that you are totally avoiding the issue at hand...

You're never going to please 100% of the people you meet, whether by members of your programs, or members in this forum or any other so don't even try.....
Be honest, and whether they agree or disagree, at least you'll gain their respect...
Stick to the issue instead of clouding it with everthing under the sun...

I agree with you Carole. The fight I had with John was because of disagreement about how he treats a kid on another forum. The word scam is not as damaging as the words that were thrown at me.

Hi, I am also having problem with the Cash4Hits program. The fellow has not honored my redemption. I had written to him couple of times about the problem. But I did not receive any response from him. So today I wrote him a terse letter and we have had several emails back and forth. But this is not the problem ,just with this program. It has now become a common problem. I have made a suggestion to the GPTBoycott admin.
We should raise funds to run ads against such programs. Then the word will get around fast. But the ads must be legally scrutinized so as to avoid liability. I will be willing to contribute five hundred dollars towards this goal.

well back in those days when myecom.net has still an irc (chatroom) if venomx (ahem) doesn't like you to stay in the chatroom to get paid and just chatting your time away, he'll call you names and i was using "weblord" as my nick there and he always calls you name and always have a threat, i'll report you to the authorities. well it's time for him to get his *nonsense* reporting back on his own head, see my post here.. well, what do you expect snakes will bite no matter what you care for them, and they're not domesticated (civilized) pets anyways. any program he invents/creates a product of his lunatic mind, is a scam, take it from me because he always attacks me with flames/hate emails in my inbox.
