This Paid Email site just deleted my earnings for no apparent reason. I wish there is a way to stop these users who keeps on defrauding people online. I'm sure this person who owns this site probably has another site similar to this and/or probably is opening another one. I'm sure I am not the only person. Reporting the site is fine but how do we stop the person behind it? Does anybody know how?:(
Hi Newbuddy. :)
Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot that can be done to actually disallow the owner from keeping his presence on the Internet. Most likely his host and registrar don't (and won't want to) lose business by closing down non-paying PTR sites. A whois query on his site shows that he lives in Poland. If that is accurate, then your best chance would be to have a ruling through Poland's legal system, and my hunch is that it wouldn't be easy, even if you do live there.
What you can do first is cease promoting it, if you have been. If you know anyone else in this industry you can keep informed of the situation. You can also leave the site and refrain from participating at it in any way. If you're able to all of those, that will be your own personal step in giving a blow to his effectiveness in cheating others.
Here's to honest results from the others sites you may be a member of. :)

Thanks Josh!
I've stopped promoting the site and I just feel sorry for the other people I've referred. I'm sure the same thing is happening and/or going to happen to them. Even my all my referrals have all been deleted so there is no way to contact them. I did have quite a number of referrals to the site and it was honoring my advertising redemptions for awhile until just recently. When I logged in everything was gone and I've tried many times to contact them but to no avail.
In any way, this site is not the first PTR site that scammed me. Thus, PTR sites are leaving such a bad taste in me that I'm trying to stay away from them altogether. There are some that actually pays but most do not. And even if they pay, it is so minimal that it's not even worth it. They're only good for advertising, if it's honored.

Searching4gold.com is another one. I have redeemed 10,000 Banner Impressions last month and to date, it is still not being honored. It's showing under my earnings the transaction that it has been taken out but no advertising stats. I've contacted them so many times I lost count. To date, nothing!!!!!

This PTR Site is back online and are accepting new members again. I am again receiving paid emails from them. My account still shows zero. I emailed them asking about my earnings but to date, no response whatsoever. How do we stop them?!?! I know and sure that they will do the same to all their new members. I'm sure I am not the only one. There's got to be something that we could do to keep these people from doing business and keep on scamming unsuspecting users. Does anyone out know how?
