Is there any paid to surf program

I know most of the paid to surf accept only e-gold payments.But i want to know if there is any paid to surf sites which accepts paypal as one of their payment methods.you can also tell me which sites accept creditcards.

most surfing sites have dropped Paypal as a processor due to them freezing accounts of several surf programs.

and I don't think any of them accept credit cards...

seems to be E-gold all the way now.....
