I know most of the search sites are pretty specific on which countries they'll accept. Often it's listed right on their front page. If not - check the Terms or FAQ section.

5starpromotions is a good program - it's a PTC and everything is done on site. It's a slow, but steady earner.

PTRmails accepts all members, but only certain countries are allowed to search.

PolarPTR is another one you may want to check out.

there's nothing wrong with your English, it's fine....

and most programs will allow any nationality to join....
just have a look through the forum...:)
