I reached cashout in early to mid-October. He started putting off cash outs complaining of various problems. He claimed to have fixed those and then had another excuse, then said Payments would start Oct 31. On Nov 7 I posted to the TKO forum asking why I still had not got paid. I have yet to recieve a reply and see that several other people have not been paid either. I thought a note to this forum might be a wake up call that he should pay attention to his members and get the payments out . The very least he could do is write a timely to repsonse to each posting in his forum.

1) He is in hospital now so how can he reply your e-mails?
2) How ca he send an "update e-mail" if his in a hospital?
3) Visit tkoforums.com. You'll find all information about Richard there. It's also easier to contact him via the forum than by e-mail.
4) Richard doesn't pay his members? He's of the most honest webmasters out there and I can assure you, that you'll get paid.

I have one thing to say about webmasters that dont keep members informed Its call have a back up plan!! Crap happens and as everyone know it's been happening a lot here lately to the webmasters . And if you are going to run a site then you need to have a back up plan incase something happens to you and you can not run the site. Mainly another person that can email your members and keep them informed of what is happening. As we have all seen with ad click she had been sick and then vanished leaving members out in the cold. All webmasters need to think of their members ahead of time. We put money into these programs promoting and advertising to get referals and deserve to be kept up to date on any and all problems. with out us you do not have a program and with out you we dont get paid. So keep us informed and we will keep clicking :)

I did not receive one email I finally did find the board but until richard updated the homepage the board was not an easy place to find now he has a link one the front page which I like BUT I believe emails still should be sent. Even if it is just one saying we will be out until further noticed due to what ever. Des not have to be long just informative

i got an email from another gpt saying that richard, webmaster of etk got into an accident a few weeks ago! can't really remember when & which gpt if thats what someone wants to hear!
if it was a planned vacation, i can understand that people should still be getting emails. this was an accident!
i suggest that we should just wait for him to get back & see what happens! he may not be able to fix everything soon kuz he probably needs some rest so just wait & see!

I'm with pointsaddict on this, i've also tried to contact ETK via forum, messenger, icq and email....no answer, it must also be a coincidence that like pointsaddict i was also about to payout...i don't think it's so hard to appoint someone to take over the running of the site.

I am sure you will be surprised to receive this mail from me. First
and foremost, I would like to apologize to all members for not keeping
you updated about my "disappearance" from GPTR business although
members of various forums would be aware of what happened to me
to some extent.

End October/ beginning November, I was hardly online as my mother was
sick and I had to take her back and forth to the doctors. Then on
11/11, I met with a motorcar accident and was in hospital until 11/24.
Although I was discharged from hospital on 11/24, I have not been
feeling too well and had to recuperate for a couple of days. This is
the reason that I have been away.

I would like to give you an update of what I plan to do in the next
few days.


1. I will be correcting all log in, referral and earning problems
that are posted in all forums, beginning with the TKO Forum.
I can only fix problems of members who have posted their log in
details, without which as you know, I cannot correct any problems.
Therefore, if you are having any problems pertaining to your
accounts and you have NOT already posted about it, I would like to
urge you to do so. I would like to request you not to email me
your log in details at this point because I have a lot of mails
to check. I appreciate your assistance.

All problems reported in the forums will be corrected by December
5th. The reason I have fixed 5th December as a target date is
because I would like to complete all payments due to members
first. After correcting all earning problems of the members
who are facing this problem, they too will be paid what is due
to them.

2. Regarding payments, I will COMPLETE all paypal payments on Monday
2nd December. I still do not have enough E-Gold to pay the members
who have requested payment via E-Gold. There are some members who
have paypal accounts but request payment via E-Gold. I would like
to request such members to please give me their paypal account
details so that I can complete the payments due to them. Also, if
there are other methods of payment, please let me know so that I
can consider them.


I will be sending mails as usual once I have attended to the above
two points. There will be some changes in ETK and lots of other
opportunities for you to earn more. So please give me a few more
days to put things in order.

I once again apologize for all the inconvenience caused to all
members and let me assure you that TKO is here to stay.

I have learned a lot in the GPT business. One is that when everything is running smooth, there are so many compliments and when something goes wrong, even if it happens to be beyond the person's control, even when it is a genuine problem, there are so many people to yell scam etc etc......

Its really pathetic.......... Its as if there is no humanity in this world anymore......

Perhaps Richard has his reasons for remaining in total control; or, perhaps he never considered the possibility of illness or accidents interfering with business. Regardless, Richard, unlike so many others, has at least given notice of his intentions; and, I am of the opinion he should be allowed the opportunity to reach the goals he has set, as outlined in his letter.

Since my last post, I have checked in at TKOForum and was pleasantly surprised to learn that Enchanted has been promoted and now joins Richard in Administration. Without doubt, Richard has decided changes were needed to improve existing conditions and give better service to his members. Congratulations, Miss Enchanted, on the well deserved promotion.

It's weird. This used to be my #2 favorite PTR. I've been paid by ETK in the past. I still have hope that they can claw their way back...but it's gonna take (among other things) COMMUNICATION, which we are not getting.

I disagree. It says absolutely nothing about the "Seal of Approval". ETK was one of two programs to reach a 99% rating, after being nominated and voted upon by the members here. However, you are correct in the sense that NOONE can predict the reliabilty of a gpt program, it's longevity or the honesty of the webmaster or program owner. For THOSE reasons, each recipient of "the Seal" remains under scrutiny for the duration of time the respective program has "the Seal" AND is to be reconsidered every four to six months.

In this instance, taking all things in to consideration such as the site being down, non-payment of members and the numerous complaints of ETK members, I frankly don't see how ETK will be able to retain possession of "the Seal" - but, that is just MY opinion, as a vote has yet to be taken.

Actually several times on the tko board she got nasty with me when I complained. And her comment was not nice. This board is where we are supose to be able to come and make complains but every time someone complains about something Someone finds the need to make uncalled comments.. (like the bull*** one you made) that actually hurt my friends feeling. I say this if someone complains and you dont like what they say then people need to either say it nicely that you disagree or not say anything at all. It was not actually a personal attack I had heard that richard had promoted her and just wanted to know what was going on. Where is Enchanted?? To answer your query, she's feeling guilty, embarrassed, hurt, ashamed, confused, bewildered and distraut, as if SHE had done this to the members of ETK & TKO. Why? Because she supported the man, just as any employee would support their respective employer - perhaps as you or I would do. I cannot hold Enchanted responsible for Richard's actions, nor can I fault her for trying to defend him; but, I can certainly understand, considering how she is feeling, why she is no longer defending Richard. If and when she is able to make contact with Richard, I feel she will be back here to update all of us.

Well-put, lexie. I don't envy her right now...and I too see no reason to assume that she still condones Richard's behavior.

Can we all come to an agreement that if Enchanted comes back here and explains some of what has happened, we will give her a fair chance and not jump all over her? It will take a lot of courage and integrity to come back here and face the music, and if she is willing to do that I think we should support her and hear what she has to say.

That was exactly what needed to be said, k. She has indicated she is as much in the dark as the rest of us and is trying to contact Richard to get the truth. I sincerely believe she has been extremely hurt by what has happened; and, she wants to know the truth before she says anything.

I am here, and I am still trying to get in touch with Richard. I did not come here to defend Richard or accuse him because I don't know what has happened. So I cannot call him a scam. Richard has not checked his mails for weeks. I know because I have all the passwords to his mail boxes and some mails are bouncing back due to the mailboxes being full.

In my opinion, no man in his right mind would send a mail to his members giving DATES if he did not intend to keep to them. He could have pretended to be sick and stayed away longer if he wanted to buy time. As I said, this is my opinion.

Cyberrat, I have NEVER been rude to anyone in TKO Forum. I do not know why you keep saying I was rude to you. If you have any proof of this, please post here. I worked voluntarily for TKO, helping Richard sort out the problem members were faced with. I spent a lot of time doing this, time I could have spent studying. But I do not regret this. The only access I had was to the TKO Forum and his personal emails, nothing else. So please think twice before you go around claiming I was rude to you.

As for my silence all this time, I have been reading what is going on here. I did not come up to now because I cannot give you a definite word as to what has happened to Richard or TKO. I cannot reach him on the numbers that I have. It costs me an arm and a leg to call long distance but I am determined to do so in order to give all of you a definite word. But until I get any other number to contact him other than what I have, I cannot do this.

I don't know what else to tell you guys. I need answers just as much as you do. I intend to get them. If and when I do, I will let you know, even if the answer is that Richard is no longer interested in TKO.

As for all those who supported me in this thread, thank you. Ron is right I want to know the truth, not what seem obvious. Therefore, I repeat once again, I will not call Richard or TKO a scam unless and until I know what has happened.

Richard was not my employer actually. I helped him voluntarily. But he is my friend and at this point, I will give him the benefit of the doubt untill I hear something firm from him. I will abandon supporting or defending him if I get to know that he has abandoned TKO and its members. Until such time, I will stand by him.

Yes I hope so too. I don't really blame people for putting me in the line of fire. Since they cannot get through to Richard, I am their only target, since I represent TKO to a certain extent. I don't mind this.

I feel bad for the Moderators of TKO Forum. They are people I respect very much and they represented the forum and the forum ONLY. I prefer to be in the line of fire so long as people leave the TKO moderators alone. They are NOT answerable to what has happened.

I think we should all be patient. True these paid to read owners are running a business but they are also people too. I have been paid in the past by this one so I cannot just cry scam without more evidence.

did you try requesting your info? Maybe the complete member database has not been restored yet...?

Everything is showing correctly as near as I can tell in my account. I keep track on notepad my referrals and those are perfectly correct.

Even my redemption is showing in there with the correct date.

There is progress being made and I think we just need to give him time.

I had my sites databases wiped out earlier this month along with the paid to read sites. My sites are safelists though.

I had a devil of a time getting the members back in and everything in order because the backups of the databases were also wiped.
