programs changing owners ? Yeah sure

Some programs claim they have new owners. And of course the 'new' owner has nothing to do with the amount you already have earned with the 'previous' owner.

One recent example is Pekin Cash, but there are more, but I already washed them down down the toilet

Great point, and I completely agree that they deserve a very close look, especially if the new owner doesn't have any track record (or it hasn't been really confirmed who the owner is).

Ones taking over sites with extreme debt also should garner a good look.

Those with new owners and then suddenly hitting problems within a couple of months should also get a second look.

Probably more places where this could be a sticking point, but these are starters.

When sites do this, its hard to decide whether they are for real or not. There have been a couple of PTR sites that have changed ownership, but are still going strong and sending payments :)
