The best PTR????

Hi, in my opinion PolarPTR is the best PTR in terms of fast earning and fast payment. What do you guys think? In your opinion what is the best PTR program out there?

I dont have an opinion on polar, but heard it is a good program. However, In my opinion, 3quatermails is the fastest I have seen as far as payments go, usually within an hour or 2 of requesting. Another great program is cassandrasclicks, Linda is a wonderful WM and always pays within a day or 2 of requesting... and if there is a time when she isnt able to pay within a day or 2, she will let you know the reason. She is super.
