I really am thinking about moving all my sites over to an all point system like titanic rewards. I see no other option since advertising is slow and members hate doing the searches.

John has added the converter that will change all members points to cash but I am wondering how much hell would break loose....

I wouldn't mind this, as long as the points-to-cash value was clearly specified (and points WERE redeemable for cash as well as advertising).
