Watch List Suggestions

If it would at all be possible, can a date be posted on the watch list as to when the program was added to the list? Each time I see an update on new programs being added to the watch list I then need to figure out which programs, adding a date would solve this.

In the future I'll try to add more detailed information about which programs have been added to the Watch List at any given time :)
