This should explain what I mean by they do not pay:

The owner of Opt-in-pays ( same owner of Linkburst ) has been awol for perhaps 2 years.

I checked the site a few weeks ago; it says that it will be closing soon, but will attempt to pay through e-gold if people have an account.
