I have been a member of Spedia since they started, and I got a few large checks. I just started using/promoting Spedia again but have come to find, the SpediaBar does not add points correctly. Their website states that you will earn 60 points per hour for active surfing....I surf about 4 hours/day and keep the bar green for most of the time even. Yet my account balance only gives me like 20 or 30 points! It should be around 240 pts!
I have also read reviews of Spedia and found that many other users experienced this same malfunction. If a company puts explicit mis-information on their website and or lies about their service, the Spediabar in this case, isn't that enough for legal action against them? Or at least grounds to report them to the Better Business Bureau, right?
How would I go about taking these steps, if needed.
