Hi,
I am using cashfiesta from almost 1 month. fiesta boy works fine. the big problem I can see is u never get the online status. Even if u complete 6 offers or more , i don't know how much time it will take to reflect in ur statistics report. May be two or more months.
In fact the option my statistics report is only 20% useful. Everything depends on the payrate and special offers u complete.
I think they need to look at this point very seriously. When u complete any offer, it should take maximum 7 working days to reflect in your report.
If it takes 1 or 2 months to reflect in the report then what is the use of online internet money, what is the use of that report. instead of keeping that stupid option, they can even send it via post.
Something is wrong here and cashfiesta needs to improve on this......

Hello,
I can assure you that we are doing our best to speed up the reporting procedure. We are trying to automate as many processes as possible, and we spare no efforts as far as our personal energy and activity is required. We have improved our practices considerably since our earlier years and now we are able to operate over 150 different Special Offers each and every one with its own specifics, agency requirements and reporting practices, and all of this for over a million members subscribing for them. The complexity of this task will be hard for you to imagine, however we have built the team and the technological infrastructure to manage it and that is why there are not too many companies that offer similar services.
The real difficulty is that even despite all our efforts, the timeliness of the reports depend on third-parties (agencies and advertisers). Just a small number of them offer online real-time reports. The majority send us consolidated reports with all the registrations for a particular month and that report does not come right after the month is over. Many have the practice to verify the user registrations before they validate them and even if you have successfully signed up for an offer, we may not get a report because of the pending status of your registration.
All of this is the reason that it is virtually impossible at this stage to report all signup for a previous month immediately after month end or earlier. However we will continue to look for ways to serve our customers in the fastest and most reliable way.

Hi,
Don't tell me about the complexity. i have worked with various mncs and have 10 years of excellent software development track with various companies including Castrol, British Petroleum etc. I know the technology and business process very well.
I can give u some solution if u people like it then pls implement it..........
1. Evey agnecy dealing with u must be having the program to trace whether the offer is completed from cashfiesta.
2. As soon as the person completes the offer the auto mail should go to cashfiesta regarding his id. I guess the agency is already capturing his id related to cashfiesta so for sending the mail is not a big deal for them.
3. Cashfiesta should have a Mail Reader program which will read the mails from the agencies. This will be 24 hours mail reader service. It will identify the mail by the subject line. The subject line and body should be designed in such a way that it will be easier for the mail reader to identify the details and update the database
4. This will be anyway virtual confirmation. Actual confirmation will be done by agency only by your normal way.......
5. In this way u can atleast show a hold on status to the users which will play a very positive role.
This is just a brief idea. Anyone who is intelligent can find out more ways from this. For a agency, it will not take even a day to implement it.
Cashfiesta must be having good programmers team and i don't think it will take more than a month to implement it for them ......
Purposely i have given u a offline solution........
I can still give more advance views if u want ...........

Do u know something, Fiestaboy is a temptation to attract the users and payrate and special offers is a trap to confuse the users.
with their offline feature they can give lot of excuses and noone really knows what is happening behind the stage.

Vivek ChitreThe reason that what you offer is not implemented so far is not because it is difficult from a technical stand point. We have the capacity to build such system. Building the system however is the easy part. You may have the technical background but you obviously lack a business perspective. What you offer is practically a standard for real-time reporting system which can be realized in many different ways but has to be accepted by the hundreds of advertisers and advertising agencies that we work with. Who has the capacity to convince all these separate entities, all with different requirements, needs, tracking systems, reporting procedures etc., to implement a single procedure and format for reporting and use it in their interaction with thousands of their publishers not just with us? Certainly not Cashfiesta. A company with a brand and marketing power like Google may do that but we are not in a position to offer and push any such system. Think about it, even at the moment some of our partners provide real time reports, still others prefer to send consolidated data once a month and if they are late there is little we could do to force them to speed up the report, let alone press them to implement a real-time report system. If such system would benefit them, they would have it realized already, instead of delaying the reports. There is another difficulty - a large part of the agencies and advertisers have the policy to give our leads a pending status and confirm them only later when they have made sure that the leads are valid and the visitor we sent is actually someone who is interested in their offers. They may have different fraud prevention systems that may require some aggregate statistics that take time to collect so it is practically impossible for them to give real time reports even if they have the ambition to offer such advanced customer service.
There is more to write about this subject but suffice it to say that any progress towards a better service can only be achieved by small and consistent steps in that direction every day and I can assure you that we are making these steps.
