My Password Got Changed

I tried to logon, but it got changed back to the old password. This is really bad. More and more of the programs that I joined have the password changed on me. Even Mec-Co-Op which I never changed the password. It was the same password that I had.

Also my information has all been deleted except for my e-mail address. Also all my private messages that I recieved, and all the messages that I sent have all been deleted as well.

Yes, I also am finding that everything that I am joined under is being messed with from forums, GPTR programs and so forth. I also found another trojan that I never mentioned because I was more worried about the Aureate trojan and the two keyloggers on my program. This one is Hack'A'Tack. It is a program that hides onto your ip address on your computer, or a connection to it. That means something very big time. Also, I believe the hacker is still using it because just a little time ago, everything would not work. My mouse, keyboard, Cont-Alt-Delete and everything.
