Has anyone heard anything or received paid emails from Top Email Rewards?
I, for one, got sucked in and purchased some of his supposed "virtual shares" in February 2002, which were paid through PayPal. I received paid emails for another 2 months to where my account had reached $10.31, then zip, nothing, nada, not a word or email from him since May.
I' have repeatedly written Howard, webmaster, over the past couple of months and have never gotten any response. Specifically, I asked how to cash in the shares as he had nothing in the TOS or FAQs regarding the them. Also, why he had stopped sending paid emails or even just to communicate with his membership. NADA!
It highly ticks (!$@#%#$@!) me off when some of these dishonest webmasters so readily accept our money, we support their programs faithfully and then they just disappear off the face of the earth without a word. Let me clarify! This does not apply to ALL webmasters. Only the DISHONEST FRAUDS! You know who you are!!!
I would like to know if anyone else has had the same problem with this program so we can boycott and/or pursue fraud charges against him. Any and all suggestions on how I can do this would be greatly appreciated. Thanx
