ToMoonMail is a paid e-mail site offering four referral levels, an attractive 'Paid-to-Promote' program, and a $5 payout minimum. The site also proudly boasts that payments are made "Within 72 hours", though the complaints which follow show this not to be the case.
The reason that ToMoonMail is on the boycott list is the non-payment of members. The complaints below detail how members who have reached the minimum payout amount are not being paid according to the site's own Terms of Service. Some of those members have had their accounts deleted. Support e-mails have not been responded to, members have not been paid, and so this program rightly belongs on the boycott list.

After examining WHOIS records, it is believed that the owner of ToMoonMail also owns BucksPTR and NicePTR.
For the reasons above, and the complaints listed below, ToMoonMail has been boycotted!

Name: Jennifer Saenz Date: November 13, 2006 Comments: After reaching payout at this site and requesting it, I found my account to be deleted 3 days later with no such payout being made. When I contacted the owner, he stated that I should know why I was deleted. Nothing more. Yet I did nothing wrong or even different than I do in the other programs and even in the sister site and I am still in good standings with each and every one of the other sites I am a member of. I think his answer was just evasive enough to not say that he just did not want to pay.

I wrote to them and asked why I was deleted I did not get an email back but account was reinstated. Request account again they cancelled my account again. I emailed them again and received a response that I was not activeand that they deleted over 2500 accounts for inactivity. Name: summerday Date: February 19, 2008 Comments: Since early January 2008 I am a member of Tomoonmail and was able to make use of the PTP. They have changed that, because from 02/01/2008 you have to be an upgraded member to make use of the PTP. To upgrade your account they are asking a very high amount and/or a lot of points. That will take ages to reach that, so I decided to use my money for advertising. On 02/13/2008 I have sent them an order and the amount was deducted from my account. Till today they haven't process my order and they didn't send me an email why they didn't. I have sent several emails about this, but they are not replying at all. If I would treat my members this way, I would lost all my members. I can and will not accept that webmasters have this behaviour to their members, so I canceled my account there. Sure I had heard about the way of acting of Tomoonmail to some members, but I would give it a try. Now I know, LOL.
