ReadRevenue is a paid e-mail program offering solo 1 and 2 cent e-mails, and at least fifty paid e-mails daily for active members. Their home page promises payments within 48 hours - screenshot, and this is confirmed by their FAQ page - screenshot (although this is contradicted by their Terms of Service page, which promises a 30 day payment turnaround - screenshot). At the time of writing the site claims to have paid out over $56,000 to its members.
The boycott of ReadRevenue, we recognise, is a controversial one, and so we wish to make very clear the reasons for which the site is being boycotted. GPTBoycott exists to boycott not only sites which defraud their members, but sites which use or promote unethical business practices. This fact should be borne in mind when considering our reasons for boycott.
Our first reason for boycotting ReadRevenue is that they force their members to make searches, withholding payments if they do not. As the complaints and URLs below detail, the site has refused to pay those members who have not made valid searches. One of our complainants had their account balance reset to zero for not searching. We believe this is wholly unethical and therefore unacceptable - PTR members should not be forced in any way to search on advertiser's websites. The sites forcing members to search, in doing so encourage click fraud, which damages the whole industry.
Our second reason for boycotting ReadRevenue is their non-response to support e-mails. It is simply unacceptable for a get-paid site to simply ignore support e-mails for extended periods of time. When these support e-mails concern payments and other important issues, it becomes even less acceptable. Paid e-mail sites are businesses, and should behave as such - this includes replying to its member's questions.
Our third reason for boycotting ReadRevenue is the wealth of complaints concerning non-payment we have received. It is true that some members have been paid by this site. However, there are many other honest members who have not been paid. Paid e-mail sites should not be selective as to whom they choose to pay - they should behave fairly and pay all members who have acted within the agreed terms of service and reached the minimum payout amount.

This is not true. I always attempt to do a complete search. Half the time, their links would show up as a page not found. They have ripped me off.

Many, many inquiries have been ignored. Seems like a scam to me.
You always know when a site is good when they pay as agreed. When they do not pay and worse yet, ignore inquiries, you know it is just a scam.
Do not waste time at ReadRevenue.com.

Name: Candice Campbell Date: November 20, 2006 Comments: Requested $3.00 payout on November 5th, with no response, although it stated that I was paid on the 6th on their payment listing on site. I sent an e-mail (11/09/06)asking about the said payment and received an automated e-mail response that didn't even come close to answering my question. E-mailed again (11/14/06) with no response. I have sent one last e-mail (11/17/06) enquiring on this payment but as of yet have not received any payment. I'm 1/2 way to a second payment, but have stopped clicking any e-mails in their inbox. I stated in one of the e-mails that I sent that if payment is not made soon, I would terminate my affiliation with BOTH READ REVENUE and its SISTER SITE ITPAYUS. (Although, I have been paid 2x by the latter.) I just don't want anything to do with people who don't pay even if one site is fine, they lose out on both in my case! Thanks for your accepting my complaint and even though it is on the watch list already...I'm sure it will be boycotted soon! Thanks for all the help you give to all of us "newbies" that are just trying out this PTR stuff. I don't join any sites unless I check here first!

My home screen shows that I have been paid - but still after 6 very appropiately "nice" e-mails I have not been paid or even had a response. It's quite obvious the webmaster is not reading any mails (or can not read english) I propose this site be watched. I am an ill person who relies on the honesty of these sites.

I've requested several times, and sent numerous emails and have not gotten any information back from them. The only thing I keep getting from them are the emails. They used to be good, but don't know why they wont pay me now. I hear others have had the same problem, and are now on your new list. I just want to get paid, that would show me they are a good program.

I worte them several times with no response. I spoke to the person that referred me to them and they always get paid. They emailed them several times as well about the situation and never heard back. She still uses the site and gets paid. Not sure what that is all about though. Apparently they only pay who they want to.

Not one of them will reply to any of my emails either. i too am half through another payout and hoping i'll get it this time. sealooking is troubling me too! i tried to cashout today but there were no choices in the redemption page for me to do so and they never got back to my email either. thanks for listening!

Once the AD is over I will simply quit.

They owe me $9. My bill in paypal is still pending though. I did in fact, email getpaidsolutions and paypal in ONE email and contacted E-gold through their site reguarding this matter.

The payment was not in my paypal account. I believe this must be a scam site and a bunch of dishonest cheaters.

What a frustration from a site that used to pay me very quickly.

It would seem to me that if a site goes broke, they should say so, pay out what they owe and then close down, not just accumulate debt. Readrevenue has unfortunately been an honest site and because of mismanagement has gone way past the point of no return.

I am still waiting on a requested payment that is now 2 weeks overdue with no response from the owner. I will be deleting my account soon as they do not appear to pay anymore as noted by all the negative comments recently. Just look at their web site and you'll see that the number of inactive account is growing, a sign that people are abandoning their accounts from lack of payment.

I requested pay out 12/06 and they sent an email saying there was a problem about not being able to access their sites, including Pay-Pal, but that they "would pay, they always do" I was discouraged w/them and stopped "clicking" for awhile. I requested pay out last week and still don't have my money in Pay-Pal. The redemption process is very confusing, I don't really undestand it. I have done "contact us" several times and noone answers.

I have about $2.75 in my account and decided to stop clicking until I hear back from them. I have written to them three or four times and never received a response. The person who referred me to them is still making money from them. They get paid all the time. I don't understand how a site can pay some people and not others.
