OurPaidMail is a "paid-to-read" program, with a paid clicks section within it. At the time of writing, it claims to have over 20,000 members, and to have paid out over $650,000 in member payments. The screenshot viewable at http://www.gptboycott.com/ourpaidmail/memberinfo011104.gif can verify this, where the member count and supposed total payout amount are labelled clearly.
Unfortunately, many of our visitor's experiences with OurPaidMail have been less than favorable. One major cause for concern is the number of people who have attained the payment minimum, yet have not been paid within the (frequently changing) terms of the site.
Indeed, this may have something to do with the fact that the webmaster himself appears not to know his own terms of payment. At the time of writing, the FAQ and Terms pages of the website seem to contradict each other with regards to the time a member should expect to wait for payment. The Sustainability of OurPaidMail is open to debate as well. Assuming that his claims of over 20,000 members are legitimate, is it financially viable for the webmaster to offer 5 cent paid e-mails to all of these members for just $7.00? Our complaints detail a pattern of unresponsiveness shown by the webmaster towards his members, indicating that he seems not to want to respond to his member's e-mails - including those regarding payouts.
A formal boycott has been brought against OurPaidMail as of November 06, 2004, due to the continued non-payment of members, and the pattern of poor customer support which the webmaster offers his members.

This sum was debited from my ourpaidmail account but wasn't credited to my eGold account.
Defined in the member agreement, the terms of payment were 30 days after I had requested payout.
On the 10th of September I ordered an advertisement.
Another $45 was debited.
On Monday, 13th I found out I couldn't login to my account - "no such user".
My account has been deleted.
Besides, term of payment was increased to 90 days.
I sent them message three times. No response. No money. No advertisement.

Payouts are to be made per the TOS in 30 days or a reasonable time after. My 1st payout request was 8-1-04. Since then I have had 2 other payout requests. I have recieved no payment and webmaster does not respond to e-mails.

After still not getting payment I wrote to them asking about my payout. That was over a month ago, and 4 letters to the administration ago and I still have not gotten payout or even so much as a responce from them.

I don't believe this program pays at all.

Now in the terms it says that members will be notified, well that is not true. They changed the terms to a 90 day wait for payout and did not notify anyone. I have sent over five emails and they reply to none, this is far as i am concerned bad manners for starters but also not a good reputation for being unfair to its members. As per terms they have to pay within 1 month but even after 2 months i was not paid even a cent inspite of various e-mails sent to them, I have not got atleast a reply. Finally i requested them to credit back my earnings so that i can redeem them for ads, even then i have not got a reply.

There are a lot of complaints against them in the discussion boards, no one there has been paid by this program.

I have reached payout of $55 4 times. I joined this program when it was NPA and at the time the payout time was 30 days etc....
My first 2 payout redemptions should have been paid during the 30 days, the third payout was due within 60 days and the last payout 90 days. The 3rd and 4th payments are not yet overdue, but the first 2 payments are way overdue! The WM has not replied to any contact from me.

After the terms were changed to 90 days I knew I wouldn't get paid so I redeemed the rest of my earnings for ads. At least they put the ads out.
