Boycott Nocs.Us!

Date Boycotted: Before 2007
URL: http://www.nocs.us

Nocs.Us has been boycotted for some time now.
However, until recently it was listed under its former name: Nitroclicks.

Nocs.Us is a program promising to pay its users for completing offers. It promises a five level referral structure, with payout made via E-Gold at $50. Its predecessor, Nitroclicks, had a payout rate of $500, which is maintained for users who joined before January 22nd, 2004.

However, as can be seen by the volume of complaints about this program, which truly speaks for itself, Nocs.Us have no intention of paying more than just a few people. For this reason, they are boycotted, and we urge our visitors to help us warn others about this program!

For the reasons above, and the complaints listed below, Nocs.Us has been boycotted!

Discuss this boycott at: http://www.gptboycott.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=82.

Comments: It was an obvious scam from the beginning. Just look at the 'promise' rates. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out they had no intentions of honoring their claims. ( I joined out of curiosity. As soon as I looked at some of the 'tasks' I knew that people were going to be ripped off. Not just the members but the advertisers too.)

Comments: Another horror story.I reached the $500 mark with 57 referrals.Requested payment. Was told "too many cookie changes".

NITROCLICKS is an illegal operation.

Anybody got suggestions on getting rid of this company please contact me.

Comments: In response to email sent to bruce l chant:

Where in their site do they state that changing computers or changing cookies is terms for not paying( and more so, letting you earn the money by doing tasks for them before they decide you are ineligible?)

What sort of proof do they give that you have cheated?

LOOK!! Its all bs. They pay less than 3% of the suckers who sign up. Couldnt possibly pay more. They probably pay much less.

Whatever reasons they come up with are a fallacy. If you are stupid enough to believe they will pay you someday, youre stupid enough to believe you were disqualified for some cookies reason.

Many security programs can block ro FILTER cookies, including INTERNET EXPLORER!
--When you reinstall your system or this programs - your cookie can be modified.
And some more - all information about tasks 100% are on their server!
i have try to log in from other computer - all inform. was taken from inet - and was right!
Dont join this ... NitroClicks !

Comments: My name is michael danford and i am heated!! I am a hard worker, I am a chef! I work long hours and come home and work more hours on the computer hoping one day that cooking will be just a hobby for me. I have completed numerous tasks and signed up 114 new scammees(i cant get in touch to tell them to quit)I really thought this was the business to end the paycheck to paycheck living i have been used to for the last 10 years. they do not return my emails unless i say i want to use my earnings for advertising(I got that response within two hours)I am sorry to the hundred or so people who saw mickeyd99's ads and joined the program. I never meant to cheat anyone and never intend to.All I can do now is put that same recruiting power into another system. THANKYOU BOYCOTT FOR NOT LETTING ME SCAM ONE MORE PERSON INTO THE NITROCLICKS PROGRAM!

Name: John Polinsky
Date: May 14, 2002
Comments: As of today I have logged into Nitroclicks to find a statement that they were weeding out the cheaters in the system. The problem is I am not a cheater, I have been a member for months and only have a $172. To continue to be a member they gave me a task to complete the only problem is it stated for USA only and I AM CANADIAN. I put in a complaint; ha ha waiting for answer. I think this is just another way of removing people.

Comments: Just an update from my last post to boycott. I(setting my self up for the worst)started looking at new programs to get involved with. After signing up for a program(clickity) I spoke with my upline. He said that he had made over a 1000 with Nitroclicks but hadnt requested any payments,He used the money for advertising, So I started to do the same thing. But they dont answer emails i thought to myself,How do I get in touch to use my money? Well i emailed them to say I wanted to use my money for ads.I got a quick response. If anyone out there does feel you will never see any money contact them and use your account to advertise and at least you can get something out of it.Just a thought on getting something out of it while you still can.?How many cheaters do you think are running around making accusations towards nitroclicks to try to ruin reputations? Not saying im happy with the service but I havent requested a payment yet either.

Name: Peter
Date: May 18, 2002
Comments: I must confess, that I have been cheating: I have given false information while signing up, answered questions without signing up, multiple accounts, etc. The fact is though, that my account has not been deleted yet.

Name: joelunger
Date: May 19, 2002
Comments: Well that is just brilliant.

Advertise on a program that accuses 90+% of its own members of cheating and being false accounts. Almost all nitroclicks members are very quickly angry with the scam and how much time the scam wasted of their time. And this is where you want to advertise your legitimate business through? To people who are either multiple accounters or being ripped off? Or the 1% or less that are paid? The whole scam will have to hide fairly soon from legal action, that is just an opinion. I wouldnt want to have anything to do with my name associated with nitroclicks. Many of the advertisers on nitroclicks such as going platinum and others are scams themselves. Anyhow my point really, is that nitroclicks actually only robs members of their time for being suckers. But who it REALLY robs are anyone stupid enough to advertise there and send them actual cash.

Name: Michael D.
Date: May 19, 2002
Comments: I only advertise with the money that i was not going to get from them anyway. And Like me maybe theyll find gptboykott through their surfing at our site, do you think it would be right to leave them wasting their time at Nitroclicks. I have given my downline(Only those who have asked me if ive been paid or not)the link to GPTBoycott so that they can see the comments on nitro and make an informed dicision. What is so wrong with that? Yes it would be dumb to send them real cash,But it would be even dumber to leave my time sitting in that account collecting dust.I got something out of it(referrels) and I am certain that they will find your site on their own and be one step closer to leaving the scam. TY

Comments: Everything you have read at GPTBoycott.com regarding NitroClicks is absolutely true. If you send them questions or comments, expecting to hear from them is very unrealistic. As a previous contributor said, the only response I ever received was that they were going to crack down on cheaters. (I had sent them a message stating that I was unable to receive credit for a specific completed task. The message at the time of collection was that I had never been assigned the task.) Their implication in their email (though I could tell that it was a standard generic response) was the final straw. I quit that day, (although I did have $184 built-up in my 'account' and that took me one month, numerous hours and headaches to accomplish.) Because of their response, I quit every program I had signed-up for under NitroClicks and drafted an email which I sent to these programs explaining that I was leaving because NitroClicks had not followed through with their part of the agreement and that the advertisers should make sure that their sign-ups really did get credit for what the advertiser was paying for and that NitroClicks hadn't pocketed their/my money. (I also included a copy of the one and only NitroClicks email I received to each of them as well. I received a response from one advertiser saying that they had already dropped NitroClicks a few days prior because they could see the NitroClicks scam. As I said earlier, I had completed several tasks as they instructed but when it came time to receive credit for these tasks, I was not successful. For one particular task, I signed up 3 times - thinking I had missed something in the previous sign-up - the credit was $5.00 so I really thought it was worth it. I never did succeed to receive the credit, but I did receive a real mess at my email inbox because this was a safelist program. I also got several tasks respresenting the same companies on the same days. Sometimes 3-4! (In the FAQs NitroClicks says that when this happens, get your friends or family to sign up. How honest and genuine is that?) I still have annoying phone calls from sales people coming in to this day from the programs that I didn't get the word out to and I quit in early April! As you can probably tell, I could go on and on with other examples but I hope you get the drift. Please don't be fooled by the high rewards they offer for their tasks, you'll definitely be sorry. I feel like I was taken down the garden path only to end up in poison ivy!

Comments: Well hello everybody. I am the plain russian teenager, so forgive me my bad english. So, when I started to work for "NitroClicks", I thought that this work is very good... I had only 18.3 $ on my account when I got known 'bout this website. Thank God it was not too late... All that people says here looks like truth. I beleive you, people!
Maybe we should produce badges with message: "I've been had by NitroClicks"? Okay, that's not funny...
I have my own website (www.knights8.narod.ru), and two days ago I thought that it will be good to make an ad of NitroClicks on it... But now I won't.
How we say in Russia: "Halyava ne besplatna!" ("There is no enjoyment for free!"). NitroClicks offers you a great earnings in small period of time, but it's all just a piece of s* lies.
DON'T BELIEVE THOSE SUCKERS IN NitroS*!!! I'd better sat on my ass with my girl, drinking beer and playing guitar!!!
That's all.
P.S. Again, thank you all!

Comments: I've been having trouble with them since December. No tasks or payments for referral tasks. Now they have denied my $500 payment."Request denied: Cookies changed excessive number of times.. Email our financial department for more info" In other words they are accusing me of cheating. I advertised this program and had 100 downlines. Now they won't answer my emails.

Comments: I have recently signed up as a sucker...I mean member LOL :) and I have completed only the three tasks that they make you complete to finish your registration. I have only been a member for 2 days and today I was going to complete some tasks because I thought that I should be hurying up because there are a lot of tasks to complete. I'm so glad I found this website. I'm glad that I found it before I busted my ass doing their fake tasks. I am going to unsubscribe from them from this site. I know all the sh** that they pull and it pis*es me off. Thank you to everyone that has written about Nitroclicks on this website. Nitrocliks should click them selves down the toilet because all they are is waste from the sewers!!Ha Ha!! Forgive me if that sounded too gross, but I think you'll all agree. Thank you for your time.

Comments: strangely enough nitroclicks now lists a cheater database of 15 thousand people on their assignment page.

What the point is, I'm not sure. They are claiming 15 thousand people cheated or what?

I went to look for my name, and it wasnt on it. But I know because I asked already that they would not pay me if I asked for payment because their staff said I changed cookies too many times...

Theyre more than willing to let me do tasks for them still lol although I stopped long ago.

Comments: I guess I'm not the only one having troubles with them.Once I hit the $400 mark I started having problems. They claimed I had 2 accounts I told them to prove it.They unblocked my account.Every month I would go thru the same thing.I have not been able to access my account for months they have a tech looking into the problem and they also listed me on the cheaters list and I told them to remove my name.

Name: Lucretia

Comments: Cookie changes and other things I have been accused of but yet not on the cheaters list. Now all of a sudden my account is blocked saying that to many accounts were created. Funny thing is it is my referrals that have their own comps and now I am being told they are on mine..Hmmm (beginning to wonder if I have a gremlin in my house when I am not home). All of this crap with them started shortly after I requested payment 4 months ago then again on 6/4/02. I am really getting fed up with their lame excuses for not wanting to pay. Why don't they just admit that they are a scam and get over themselves.

Comments: Yeah! I am not impressed by these guys. THey accused me of opening more than one account from my computer. The two other handles were Blink1 and Handwealth. My reply back was along the lines of Mr or Mrs Blink1 or Handwealth have probably got the same message. The best part...I can only "unlock" my account by deleting the other two accounts by, entering their password! I don't know the password because I have never opened the two accounts. To NITROCLICKS though it is a winner because I and two other users are taken out of the picture and won't redeem any earnings. Way to go Nitroclicks!

Comments: I have logged into my accont to see if my earnings are still frozen and got the message thay I have opened two accounts on the same computer. I did open second account for my friend but on his computer not mine. Of course now they tell me to cancel one of the accounts. My friend probably got the same message. I mailed them asking for explanation and received no response. Today I logged again and seen the message saying that I have opened 5 accounts on my computer. Because I do not know that people and they do not know me NitroClicks will probably cancel all 5 accounts - great, another $2,000 spared.

I they can't give me A reason why they deleted my account.I emailed them and it has been day number 2 and no reply yet. I will post again when they reply. thank you your time.Don't join or promote nitroclicks

Comments: I had almoste reached the 500 dollars that Nitro requires for their affiliates to cash ot and they stopped sending tasks.
Visited their site and it said that you could redeem income thru advertising.
Placed my ad and they replied:
" ERROR Your account was deleted. Possible reasons:
- Multiple accounts
- Deleted cookies too many times
- Entering false information when completing assignments."
Can't log into my account anymore... :(

Comments: Well, add another name to the Nitroclicks MIA list. I just tried to log into my account to check my stats and surprise, surprise, I have been deleted. No specific reason was given. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but once I reached $450, the tasks stopped and I just waited for the axe to drop. It finally did. I have a feeling it was because of the cookie thing. I make it a practice to delete cookies once a month and I have been having problems with my pc and have had to completely reformat my system. I have emailed them letting them know just what I think of them, I just hope my witty sarcasm hasn't been wasted on people who just don't get it.

"Dear Nitroclicks Member,
For those who did not clearly understand the first message we've sent out, we would like to inform you once again that EXISTING MEMBERS FROM RESTRICTED COUNTRIES ARE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THEIR MEMBERSHIP. The only restriction for these members is that you are not allowed to refer other people from your country anymore.
Thank you for understanding.

I had $418.00 inmy account & 17 referrals when I was informed that my account had been deleted with no specific reason given. Today 07/20/02, I tried again to log in & saw a message that the site has changed ownership and woul reopen on July 22. I wonder what this is all about.

Comments: Well, I just tried logging into my Nitroclicks account, and guess what?!? "My IP address and country do not match" !!!!! yet it shows the correct country on the screen.
Also I notice you now have to give your Home phone number*: (This is required for the country verification. Every member will receive a phone call before getting paid in order to verify the country.)
They really don't want to pay out do they?
By the way, I just deleted my account.

Comments: I have been a member of Nitroclicks for about a year and have 14 people in my downline. In Dec. 2001 my accoun was showing over $500 so I requested payment. I never got a reply although I sent a number of emails at least twice a month for several months. So okay says I, I will use that $500 for advertising my other program, which I did.
Now the last time I checked I had $498 in my account again. Toay when I tried to log in I got a message response that my account has been blocked due to one of several reasons, one of them being that perhaps I had too many cookie changes (which is the only one that could apply to me) so I emailed them to ask why My account was closed. Now, after reading all this plus the experience I had late last year and well into this one I don't even expect a reply.

Comments: I just went to check my account, because it had been quite a while, and lo and behold all accounts that have been inactive for 2 months are deleted. Sheesh, wonder how much money they saved with THAT move. I had close to $400. but was sick of trying to get credit for tasks I did. Then I had trouble logging in, and no one would respond to my emails, etc. Oh well.

Comments: I signed up with Nitroclicks a few days ago...and two days later I also cancelled my account! It is clearly a scam! You don't get paid until you earn $500 and even then I'm sure you wouldn't get paid! They offer you roughly $3 to find words on internet sites and sign up for them...so offers for which you sign up for clearly don't even have the words/sentence that nitroclicks ask you to find anyway! But what do they care? You've already signed up by then and they have recieved their reward for getting you to do so! BLOCK all your mail from companies that you may have signed up for and get the b*stards back!

Comments: During the past month, I have tried to get credit for 3 Nitroclicks tasks -- 1 under the old management, 2 under the new -- and have been unable to because the people whose programs I signed up with never sent me the emails that supposedly contained the words I needed to know to answer the questions on the NC site to get credit. A woman named Helen replied to my first inquiry asking for the task number. I found & sent it to her and she replied that she could now find out what the problem was. That was on 7/26. I wrote to her again on 7/28 and 8/1. No response. On 8/4 I wrote again, giving the numbers for (now it was) the 2 tasks for which I was trying to get credit since management changed hands. I explained I was trying to get credit and remain in the program but feared my account would be deactivated through no fault of my own because tasks kept expiring before I could get credit. I said I didn't want to believe what I'd read about NC being a scam, but if I didn't get credit or at least a response, I would start to wonder if they were trying to get rid of me so they wouldn't have to pay me. Still no response. I wrote again 8/7, outlining the whole thing again, with numbers of tasks involved. I've been polite and thorough each time, but -- you guessed it -- STILL no response. I don't want to walk away from $384, but at this point I want to. Since the last task I did get credit for was on 6/16, they'll probably drop me under the "2 months inactive" rule in another week. I'll keep you posted.

Comments: i feel so stupid. i had registered and been working for nitroclicks. i had earned 431.50 and was awaiting more tasks when i decided to help my sister-in-law start her account. later that night i tried to login to my account and was informed that i had been blocked due to the fact that i had broken the rules by creating more than one account from the same computer. after countless e-mails to their general info department (to no avail) i have decided to give up. luckily my sister-in-law had only earned her $20 signup bonus so she wasn't nearly as disappointed as i was. i'm a stay at home mom and figured that working for them would help me continue to help out financially and also keep me sane (whick is hard to do with a 3 & 1 year old) but i guess that nitroclicks isn't interested in the people that they are ripping off, especially those of us that they give false hopes to. please if you're thinking about working for nitroclicks....DON'T it's not worth the time or the disappointmnet

Comments: Hey all. I am so glad that I stumbled on to this boycott site. I am going to boycott this program also. I signed up a week ago and thought "cool, a site where I can really get paid". YEAH OK. I completed over 100 tasks, and now I get this message---Message Date 27.08.2002 1 Automatic message: Attention! You have created too many accounts. Please stop doing this or you will be accused of cheating and all of your accounts will be blocked. I ONLY HAVE ONE ACCOUNT. I emailed them and the response was very short and took 2 days-----they said they would check into it and let me know. I checked my account, I am still listed as a cheater and I have no tasks. To top it off, a friend of mine signed up and her account was immediately deleted for having more than one account. I am sorry to hear that I am not the only one to get cheated. Best of luck to all! Thanks for letting me share.

Comments: I never thought I would be doing this as I was a staunch supporter of this program, had no downline but was patient and accummulated the payout, was paid, company sold and their was a flood of emails and earned $600.00 more back in July. Finally got an answer today that company is having cash flow problems and to be patient and I will be paid hopefully in November. This is a joke, the new owners dont want to pay period from the looks nor interest for paying later than their tos states. YOU SHOULD NOT JOIN THIS PROGRAM.....

Comments: I joined Nitroclicks 5 days ago. I had read a lot of negative reviews about this company, so I wanted to do some private investigation. I don't know about everyone else, but it seems the tasks that are given are mostly duplicates. In fact yesterday there were 74 tasks listed and only 20 of them were legit (ie. only 20 UNIQUE tasks) I wrote an email to the admin addressing this problem and they replied 2 days later saying they had 'filters in place' to avoid this kind of thing and to please include what task numbers were the duplicate ones. I haven't replied YET but it seems to me Nitroclicks WANTS you to cheat. They want you to assume several different identities in order to be credited for these duplicate tasks so when you want your money, they can look back and say YOU CHEATED! Now, I've been very careful about which tasks I've done (I've even kept a list of which ones I've completed) and I have been logging everything I do with these guys. Why you ask? I'm putting a Nitroclicks Scam page together that could serve as a portal to other websites of those who have been duped by Nitroclicks. If anyone has any input or info they could offer, please email me at lael_millar@yahoo.co.nz

Comments: Hi I am a member of Nitroclicks and also have not gotten paid. This is what I have done. Whenever I get an email from one of there people I signed up for I reply with the following. (I have this copied in a folder so all I have to do is copy and paste it. Since they won't pay us why sould they get paid) You might find that whoever signed me up was nitroclicks.com And it has come to my attention that these people are a scam and never pay the people who are in there downline. You can look it up here http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=nitroclicks+scams So why should I work to make them money when they will never pay me.

Comments: Ooooh! I just read all of your complaints and guess what! Now I know why I haven't been getting any assignments for a month now! I have earned $350 from completing tasks at NC but suddenly, from getting 10-20 assignments a day I got NONE! I thought to myself, this must be a mistake and I wrote them an e-mail explaining this problem. I got an e-mail back saying that they didn't like people adressing them before I haven't gotten ANY assignments for at least one month! Now I am just not getting any at all and no replies! Trust me when I say, I amn gonna make sure I do what ever I can to ensure that other Danes like me don't sign up at NC.

Comments: I started having problems with them when I went over $300.00. I downloaded the toolbar & it seemed to work fine...then I logged in one day to have them tell me that I needed to upgrade my version of the toolbar. Not long after I did that they froze my account & refused to answer emails. When I finally did get a response to my pleas (many months later) I was told that I had created duplicate accounts. I had no idea what they were talking about & sent many, many emails asking them to explain to me what this meant. No response & my account is still frozen. Do Not waste your time with this program...it really went downhill when it became NOCS. If anyone decides to start a class action lawsuit count me in!

Comments: I think we should all get together and file a class action law suit against them. My husband has spent countless hours doing their BS. It's been more than a year and he still isn't paid. Since the site is considered a business I am also going to report them to the BBB. It sux that people can't be honest. I think they thought that if it took too long most people would get discouraged and quit.

Comments: Nitroclick members... Nitroclicks is set up on purpose to cheat its members. I know this for a fact. I'm sorry to say I'm a major advertiser with them and have paid them over $30,000 this year alone. As an advertiser we pay from $0.40 to $0.14 per signup. So they pay their members $8.00. Not to hard to see the problem here!!! I know the issues with them, and have tried for over a year to find a service that could provide quality leads to the advertisers I sell to. So I have built my own version of a Nitroclicks site. It has quite a few different features, like I don't use cookies to track the businesses members join. So you can delete cookies all you want. I also use a quite unique way to validate a signup. You don't even need to find an answer to a question! And of course the payout is much less because I intend to pay my members. The new site will open in January 2003 and your all welcome to join.

Comments: Hello, guys, I have collected around 350 dollars since I signed up for Nitroclicks. Everything you guys say is true. At the beginning I was bombed with the tasks. Then they simply stopped coming. I emailed the staff many times, hardly ever got the reply. After being sent a couple of tasks in a month, most of them not eligible in the part of world I live in, and usually 2 of the same site (with different referral number), I sent them again a letter telling them to prove they are not a scam. And in one of the replies I got an answer quoted below: " Tom wrote: Hi, You get up to 1-30 tasks per month as stated on the Nitroclicks website. Meaning anywhere from 1-30 a month. Kind regards, Tom .............................. So you know..you can get only one single task a month and even a duplicate one..and not eligible in the country where you live, and they say it is honest. I am sure that no one got paid from them, and those of you who got paid, if any, please scan the check and put it on this boycott side. :o) how to sue them? Has anyone any experience with tasiaspaidlinks.com? Please write me if you know they are not paying. PLEASE!!!!! see you, guys

Comments: They have changed their site to www.nocs.us! I expeienced the same. After I have earned to about 400 dollar, there is no more assignments again! Nice...Be careful of this kind of trick! I have an idea. How about writing some letters to some influence newspapers, like TIME or whatever. May be they are interested in investigating those scam sites furthermore. Do you think it can work?

Comments: OK, maybe i'm the only one thats sticking up for them, but I have recieved 2 payments, each of $500, in the past 2 months. They have now changed their name to NOC's, and i think the change is all-round, not just in the name. Here are a few bits of advice if you want to earn money with them: Set a freebie email a/c - put all the junk from sign-ups in there Keep all the confirmation emails etc - they may come in handy for other tasks I set aside about 1 1/2 hours per day to do this, and I earn about $186 per day, and I'm happy with the service

It is the same old scam under a new name.I recently stopped receiving any tasks from them after breaking the $400 mark. Comments: Nitroclicks owners work with no heart. They cheat people around the world. Many honest and hard working people were cheated. 1 to 3 three sacrifying time and energy helping them made money free out of us. This way shamelessly they earn by our sweat and tears. Just see many reasons they give for deleting an account. Someone must do something rather than boycotting them. To close them than allowing them to cheat more and more people in the world

Comments: After joining Nitroclicks/nocs like so many people out here I too am annoyed with them. I have reached nearly $400 in my payment stats. Tasks was coming in fast and strong then all of a sudden they came to nearly a complete stop with only 3 tasks for January. So far for February there has been no tasks. In December my father-in law tried to join who lives 10 miles away with his own computer, failed as he was told he had vialated the system by creating too many accounts. How could he? when he had just joined. He asked me too look into it for him so I emailed nitroclicks to see why his account was frozen giving them his user name and password. I received an warning email from them that I too had created too many accounts. These GPT programs are all the same....SCAMS.. I shall be deleting my account but not before I use my earning on advertising my husband's business. And I would advise all those who are in the same position to do the same...Those lucky few who have been paid, be careful as I don't think you will be paid everytime.

Comments: I was with nitroclicks since april 2003.Now they call themselves "nocs". Please mention it high on your site. By changing name they want to cheat better those who do not know that the new name cover an old scam. In jaunuary 2003 I had my first referals and I saw that they do not respect the payment from referrals they promised. So, they owe me at least $75 for referral payments and they gave me only $10.One of ny referral who had also a network of direct referrals was treated the same way. When I protested they told me that I broke the membership agreement of deleting cookies too much times and the percents promised are only for those who behave well. Also they began to not assigninig me tasks when I protested. So, being being at their sole discretion and not being sure that I will ever reach the promised $500 I decided to quit. The comments on your site helped me a lot in this decision.

Comments: Well, this is the second time i am putting some truth about this website. Now we all know how painful we have work for this website who changed their colour(website nitroclicks.com to noc.com)to hide their name. well, today why i know why they delect your account. One most common Reason because you delected cookies in your computer Why Nitroclicks delect members account? For one reason they do is because members delect cookie. I tell you It is for security and privacy that we are delecting cookies in our computer. Other wise, they or Hackers may be able to access cookies on your computer and steal your personal information such as credit card numbers, passwords, and email addresses. Why do nitroclicks want to do with our cookies? spy us and breach our security and privacy and credit card numbers?

Their emails are always smart ass coments which gets to me big time. I still have my account and have kept all the emails from them, i know i should delete it but at the same time want to give them some sh*t lol. Comments: I joined nitroclick very long ago when it was still in its infancy. They didnt have that many rules then. You could for example, have 2 members from the same computer. Later they kept changing the rules and regulations and I had to cancel my wifes account. They have listed her as a cheater. As I do mostly the check out sites tasks (Typical payment 0,5) I am still only at about 250 $. Also they used to pay me for referrals (not referrals tasks) but they changed the rules half way and subtracted the referral payments. I also change my computer every six months. What are my chances of getting paid?

Comments: My story is same as others, but this is the twist. I had 2 referrals known to me and they accumulated a combined total of $590, but my referral amount was showing only $2.50. When I checked with NOCS, got the answer that they will check the account and let me know. They did let me know that THEY HAVE DELETED MY ACCOUNT UPON MY REQUEST. I never requested to delete. My repeated emails got the answer that THEY SUSPECT THAT MY REFERRALS ARE KNOWN TO ME AND HENCE I AM A CHEATER. LOL.. What a truthful statement. You should not ask your friends and known persons to join the program because YOU WILL BE A CHEATER. Their answer was to create a new account which I did. I now acumulated $352. Now they are offering advertisement, which I think I should utilise. VN

The only thing i will do is send DDOS packets at them day and night. If everyone who has been ripped off did this they wouldnt be so quick to play games with people. This is my warning to you nocs, im going to scan nt clients and install a "code red" style gtbot that will hammer your site day and night. Enjoy your new found bandwidth costs

Which also suprises me... How can such a company not be able to afford phones? .. well.. good luck to everyon.. i gave up getting paid a long time ago.. my 500 is just sitting there after loosing 90% of my referrals.. I think they should put the reasons up there at least why they were deleted, and ask them why we need cookies so much if its al on their servers. NOCS is a crazzzzy company, if anyone had some money, they should not use it, or it would scam other people, but if they did want to use their money for a good purpose, I would suggest a Pay Per Lead if with NOCS$250 you can get 1000 guaranteed signups

Comments: This one is kind of a con ( well, 90% of one ) ..... First of all, when I got to $380 all my tasks dried up, i waited for 3 weeks before emailing them, and was then told that there just werent any tasks avaliable for me. So I kind of cheated. I signed under myself on a different computer and then had about 100 tasks for the imaginary person. When I got back to my own user name, I still had no tasks, and even worse was that I hadnt earned any commision for my fake ID...The name was on there, but the referal bonus was still on $6, even though I'd "earned" $30 under the fake ID...... Well, the only thing I could do to get something out of it, was to take up the offer of 500 referals for any program for a cost of $125 ( out of the nitroclicks earnings ), so i did that and got 200 members in hits4pay ( so far theyve paid me over $60 ), and over 500 members in my optinpays account ( they also pay ever month ) so at least i got something out of them, even if it was a lot less than the $500 they promised.

Comments: . i also had a similar experience. i was accused of creating multiple accounts (i had definately not done any such thing) when i reached $389 and my account was deleted . after many mails finally they said they would reinstate my membership but my earnings would be reduced to $10 (minus $379) i said no thanks . can not we do something about these cheats?

Comments: Similar experience here. Loads of tasks until you reach $350 or so , then only 1-2 a month (and low pay ones at that!). In the last 6 months or so , several have required that you give your Social Security number (NO WAY!) and several have been porno sites (won't sign up for those).

Comments: Im at the $320 mark in my account and by the looks of the tasks coming in its going to take about 2 years to reach $500. Thank goodness i found this site, i thought i was the only one dealing with this sh**hole of a company.

I havent cheated only cookie I allow on my puter is theirs. They are suppost to be owned by american company. They are finding us all guilty before providing the proof if any at all. Comments: I have been a member of Nitroclicks since they first began ... years ago. I have been an active, honest member and I have done nearly all the tasks assigned. I even managed to get one $500 paymentfrom them, although I had to jump through plenty of hoops (I hit the $500 payment level in late 2001, but I didn't get a check until May 2002) and pay fees to e-Gold to do it. In the early days, I got lots of tasks/assignments, they paid much better than today, and I had many referrals. I'm currently sitting at $397, but now NOCS has changed the rules (yet again). To continue being a member, you have to download and install some kind of IE Explorer toolbar program ... I have no assurances that it is virus-free ... I have no assurances that it will not mess up my computer ... I have no assurances of anything. The fact is, nowadays I only get one task a week ($1-2) if I am lucky ... it has taken me a year and a half to add $100 to my account. All my referrals quit and I would be embarrassed to ask anyone else to join as it is set up now. The only reason I stuck with it is because I was hoping to get to $500 again, since I am so "close" (that's a relative term ... it takes months and months nowadays to add $100) ... but who knows what kind of hoops NOCS has for payment these days ... I have read that you can't get paid, that the main goal of NOCS is to force people into quitting before they ever get to the point of being paid ... I wouldn't doubt it ... they are forcing me to quit right now. I sent this same complaint to all of Nitroclick's listed advertising affiliates and I will be posting it everywhere I can. I don't care about losing my money any more ... I just want them closed down!

Comments: I am familiar with almost all the comments as I have gone through them myself. Now despite the task bar the Task list is BLANK.I have $413+in the old account which they say Will be "settled"in the old rules, which is $500.I have sent mails after mails & no response comes.I am still a memebr with some 20+downline.

Comments: I have been trying to ust the so called"toolbar" of course with no results..have emailed them numerous times with no response.I am glad I found this site to complain, but am not satisfied with just simply warning others. We need to unite and do something about them. I know others have put in the same amount of wasted time and effort.I actually had my computer go down and one of the main reasons to rush out and spend all the money I had on a new one was to continue trying to reach my 500 with NOCS...Well I cannot access my account which wouldnt matter because I wouldnt haev a task there anyway..I wasnt getting any after resching 380.00...which has been for months..I joined them when they first started out.Lets all do something!!! I am goint to the Better business bureau from here, but if anyone has other ideas lets get together..email me at redwingsmac@aol.com....Thanks Kat

Comments: Nocs has with them my $413.88 & 20+ referrals when they changed to tool bar. They have apparently 'monkied' with cookies & see I am unable to get the tool bar to my desk top. Under old rules they say will settle old account! No progress;Who would advertise in such companies;lose my earnings anyway. Any number of contacts/mails bring no response. I even offered to take $400 & get out. If I unsubscribe I cannot even log in, So I continue 'hanging'in the air. When major changes take place the Rule should that if a member unsubscribes the earnings at credit are not forfeited9pocketted unlawfully) Same thing almost happens in GPTR.Downright cheating & Dept.of Justice should take punitive action & get members back the money.

Comments: I got paid!!! It has been over 1 1/2yrs. years since I reached my $500. I have been emailing them and since then and finally last week I received an email that told me $500 was put into my e-gold account! I quickly sold it to canada gold and by the afternoon I had the full amount transferred into my bank account. So I guess there is hope............

Comments: Be careful! I was also spammed by Nitroclicks when I reached The $500 mark.I've been out of it a year now,but I received in the email a similar sounding program called clixies.com.I believe they could be the same company because they have my full name I used on Nitroclix. They promise less money, but there is no information on where they are located,etc...I looked up the domain and it said esoterica.pt.I'm not sure what country that is,but be VERY careful,as it might be the Nitroclix people in disguise!

Comments: Program is now NOCS.US. When I was at >$400.00 I downloaded, installed and registered with no problem the toolbar that works fine.I always received help from Helen or others and answer to my emails when I asked. You cant use the bar with a proxy set. Click Tools, Internet Option, Connection, settings and uncheck Use Proxy. They helped me understand this. Let's hope well when it comes to cash my earnings...

Comments: Amazing! You actually get replies to emails to them!! When I tried the Toolbar thing , it did absolutely NOTHING. Did not work at all. Sent over a dozen emails inquiring about it and asking for help. NOT ONE REPLY FROM THEM! I checked just now and do not have the proxy box checked , yet the toolbar does not work. I have well over $400 there - perhaps that is why they don't respond.

Comments: To Jeff, after downloading the toolbar, did you return on the site to register it by click on the right button (green I think)? I did it twice for newer versions. Now they are at version 2.2 I think... I suggest your read with utmost attention the instructions. Good luck

I knew it was a scam. I am not working right now and could use the money like the rest of us. they just get people;s hopes up they are NUTS!!!!!!!!!!

Comments: Well i am a member of nitroclicks - nocs.us and it took me ages to reach $500.05 about 2 years i think, after requssting payout, 90 days later they said payment denied cookies deleted way over 13 times in a month, after many nasty emails, i finnly said to them would you consider giving me free advertising ? i got a email only 10 hours later and they said yes 1000 sign ups in any program of your choice, so i never got the $500 but joke.

Comments: I was a member of Nitroclicks, and a couple of years ago I did make payout and received it in egold. No problems. But then I got close to payout again a few months ago and they started messing with my stats, changing my balance and telling me that I wasnt completing tasks even though I was. They sure did go downhill and I lost out on $460 the second time around.

Comments: Yes - I did register the toolbar. Tried it several times downloading and registering. None of the versions worked. All claimed that the server could not be located. YES - I was online at the time. The instructions were followed to the letter.

Comments: Hey I just checked the nocs site to see if they were still online and they are now offering only $0.20 per task completed and a payout of just $50.00. This sounds a lot more feasible, so does this mean they are now legit? I am so tempted to sign up!

Comments: I joined nocs a long time ago - when they had $1 standard rate per offer and $500 payout, it looked good at first, but: 1. Their 'NOCS bar' caused some problems with my comp 2. It's only compatible with IE, and IE sucks A LOT (I use mozilla firefox), not to mention that it's impossible to do that under linux (and I have RH Linux 7.2 on my laptop) 3. A MAJOR disadvantage: 90% of the offers I received wouldn't work (pages not loading, not allowing my IP addy, or the bar saying that 'You didn't complete the offer properly') 4. There wasn't enough offer rotation (I was getting the same offers every day) It took me AGES to get $53, and even then they said that 'I have duplicated offers' and fined me $10, then I did a search on them on google and found them on HUNDREDS of independent 'GPT Cheaters Lists' Now they have changed their requirements ($0.20/task, $50 payout), what makes them an even worse 'opportunity' (500 clicks for $500 compared to 250 clicks for $50) - not to mention that they won't pay you out anyway... In one word: BS!!!

Comments: I was a member of Nitroclicks as well, and it took me a good 6 mos or so to reach the 500 mark. I was probably actually around 490.00 or so when the form of their site changed so that the icons for the log-in button and the delete-your-account button were switched from their usual positions. i accidently clicked on the delete account button, as it was in the position of the log-in button, and boom, my account was gone. then when i emailed them to see if they could reinstate me, they said 'sorry.' thats about it. what a waste of time.

Comments: Hey! They've changed their name from Nitroclicks to Cash4Action. Here's what they say: At Cash4Action you earn money by completing free offers. These offers will be to sign up with various companies online. You are only to sign up with those that you are really interested in. Also some offers are surveys where your opinion is asked for and all you have to do is participate. You will get paid $0.10 - $0.25 for every offer you take. After you register with Cash4Action, you get access to about 300 to 500 offers, with about 10-30 new ones added every day. So basically it’s possible to earn $30-$50 within a couple of days and continue earning more when new offers are added. I think I might join just out of curiosity and report back. As Nitroclicks, I had about $350 to cash out and am still waiting for it despite requests made 2 years ago!

Comments: I had about $300 in my account- hadn't been to the site in a few weeks- they deleted my account. I worked hard for the money I earned- and $300 is a lot of money! I asked them why I'd been deleted- they said because I hadn't been there for a long time. According to them- 3 weeks is a long time!! Long enough to delete me anyways. Discovered they've changed their name in an attempt to beat the bad rap they have as 'Nitroclicks'. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS- isn't there laws against companies like this? Surely there is something that can be done?

Comments: I was with Nitroclicks--had been blocked then finally deleted when I asked for payment--then they said I bad mouthed them when I told them I would have the IFCCBI.gov look into them for scamming
