NetWinner's marketing slogan is “You Play. We Pay!” Unfortunately, gamers who played and won prizes at Netwinner have not been paid after trying to redeem points earned for cash and gift cards.
Hundreds of people from across the United States and Canada eagerly took NetWinner up on their offer and played their games, racking up thousands of points that they expected to redeem for cash, debit cards and store gift cards ranging in value from $25 to a few hundred dollars. It is, however, clear from the complaints which follow that this site has no intention of paying the earnings accumulated by their members. On May 12, 2008, a message was sent to all users from the President of NetWinner informing them that the earnings they had accumulated would no longer be paid as expected, and that they would be only redeemable in the form of sweepstake entries.
The reason that NetWinner is on our boycott list is therefore the non-payment of members. The complaints below detail how members are being denied the opportunity to redeem previous earnings retrospectively - an unacceptable practice. Concerns about NetWinner's action are such that the BBB have issued a press release, and the story has been picked up by a number of news agencies (see here and here). This program rightly belongs on the boycott list.
For the reasons above, and the complaints listed below, NetWinner has been boycotted!
Name: Matthew Date: November 19, 2007 Comments: OK, I have been a member of Netwinner since June (nearly 5 months). I didn't seem to care for it much but would occasionally get on and play when I was bored. Recently Netwinner launched a new game (Banko). After playing that game a few times I ran into what seemed to be glitches. Playing it many times it seemed to happen all to often, especially when you were suppose to win big amounts.
ie: I was playing and won bingo on 10 points, I didn't want the 10 points because it's not worth it to stop at 10 points so I continued the game. I then got the 4 corners on 10 points, declined it because it still wasn't worth settling for 20 points. Then I got the pattern for 250 points but the game failed to credit me the points and finished calling the numbers where I ended up with nothing...
Another ie: The game was going on for ever.. I finally got 4 corners for 50 points but declined it because it would have been more valuable (Jackpot valuable) to have gotten bingo, which I was set up in 3 different ways to get. The game was almost finished calling the numbers at 67 numbers (it calls 70 numbers maxed) and suddenly started calling K-0, K-0, K-0.. I lost..
I then went and reported both incidents and was told it's a glitch it's not rigged. (Thinking to my self well if it's a problem with the game, I should still have won in both cases), so I asked if I can be manually compensated and was denied and made fun of.
So I decided to do a little investigation into the game my self to see what was causing the glitch and recommend on how to fix it. I simply downloaded the banko.swf file located at http://netwinner.com/flash/games/banko/banko.swf and decompiled it so I can take a look into the source code (Completely legal to do).
During my investigation I unveiled a naughty little secrete, it wasn't a glitch. It was actually doing it on purpose. The method they use to call the banko balls are not even random, it is dependent on a remote server to call the ball which means, netwinner has the capability to manipulate which balls are called.
I also found that their was two different arrays at which the balls are stored in, a "winning array" and an "anti-winning array" which also gives credit to the fact that they are indeed not randomly generated. What it means is one array holds the numbers that are on your banko card, and the other hold numbers that aren't on your banko card.
With those to findings means Netwinner controls when you will win, how you will win, and how much you will win. Is it a coincident that it's been around over a year and hasn't paid out a large sum to one individual winner? No! They control it. The have not problem paying out points because the most you can get with those are gift cards which come from their sponsor and is no expense to them.
So here's how the game is supposed to work. You get a Banko card (like Bingo). It has 25 numbers on the card a matrix of 5 x 5. Their are 4 different was you can win on each each card (each game). There's the original (bingo -one line of 5 numbers), then (4 corners - cover the cards 4 corners), then there's the (pattern - cover the shaded pattern depicted on the card), and the last one (Banko - cover all the spaces). The amount of balls that are called is supposedly random (It's not) between 35 and 70 numbers. The amount won is supposedly determined on a revolving prize wheel that revolves every 5 balls that are called. (Also not true since the game is predetermined).
Here's the so called glitch, the game is supposed to stop calling numbers that is supposedly random. But that is not what's really going on. That random number at which the game is supposed to end is based on how much you have won during the game. If you are going to win more than what was predetermined before the game had even started, the game is supposed to stop calling numbers. Some times it fails to stop so the game continues and you are not credited the points for any other wins.
In the case of when I should have won the jackpot but it started calling K-0, that is because the "anti-winning array" was empty so it was trying to stop me from getting the jackpot with the anti-winning array which was empty resulting in it calling the default "0" (K-0).
Thus it's not a glitch, netwinner is just not done perfecting it's cover-up (the fact that it's rigged).
I contacted the admin again after my findings, at which for the most part agreed with me. However he insisted "it isn't rigged." He also said, "We do have controls as to who wins what, we would be fools if we didn't." I replied saying, "If your business model gave prizes out that accommodated the rate at which your sponsors paid you, you could still turn a profit and give prizes out to your members, then you would not have to rig your games and offer huge prizes that you do not intend to pay out." His reply, "OK, we heard enough of you." then banned me out of the chatroom, deleted my account, and forfeited the 58,000 points I had earned in the 5 months I was a member.
So, I recommend to anyone signing up with big dreams.. Don't get your hopes up, no one will ever win the Jackpot, or any other substantially high cash out in the form of a check. They are simply getting rich off of their ads for you wasting your time to get a few $25 gift cards every 2 - 3 moths or so..
Such a waste of time, it's Rigged!
Name: Debbie Date: February 12, 2008 Comments: It takes about 2-3 months to reach payout and the new game Banko wont give points when you win them. When you do reach payout it takes months and months to get paid, I have been waiting since Oct.1 and still have not been paid, they keep coming up with excuses that payment are late because of their accounting people. Also when you finally reach $25 you have to put it on a gift card and then they charge you $3 to do that so you only get $22. The games are slow and boring.
Name: anonymous Date: May 5, 2008 Comments: Requested payout November 2007 and have not received it as of May 2008. Now allegations have surfaced regarding their ties to the Adult industry http://www.comparerewards.com/archives/004518.html
Name: fightingback Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: I have been a member of netwinner for over a year. I obeyed their rules, watched their ads, clicked on ads and did not cheat. (They claim 40% members were cheating). I cashed out in Dec. for $100 Ecount card. They said 90 days to receive it but it never came. In Feb, I cashed out for another $100 card and again in April. I have copies of all redemptions and under my prizes it showed each one with processing next to it. In May they took all that away and gave members back their points doubled to use for their worthless raffles. If they can't pay the ecount cards, how can I believe they will give away raffles and it won't be fixed either? There are many many members (ex now) who have been cheated out of what they are due. This company needs to be shut down and investigated for fraud and lies. They continually promised they would pay everyone. They said "You play, we pay" but that was a lie.
Name: Kimberly Cochran Date: May 12, 2008 Comments: Netwinner ... You Play, We Pay! Netwinner does NOT pay - many have lost money because of an unexpected change in policy. I also cashed out for $50.00 (which took me months to get to) on February 05, 2008. I waited patiently for over 3 months to be paid only to receive the an email from the CEO today - stating I will NOT be paid, I can now only use my earnings for entries into cash and prize drawings. Netwinner should have made good on the money owed to members before they made such a drastic change in policy thus I feel they should be boycotted.
Name: Nina Powell Date: May 13, 2008 Comments: Not paying. After cashing out for a prize ($25 card) which they have had in a processing state since Feb, 2008... they refunded my points and now only have raffle cashout options...
I don't feel it is right to retroactively pull promised payments... fine to change cashout options... but not to do it after cashout.
Name: Sheryl Date: May 14, 2008 Comments: my friend won 125,000 points beginning of february and it has been 95 days, they stated they had a lot of fraud and they couldn't give her any money at this time but they would double her points. what good are they if you can't redeem?
Name: Jon Gallagher Date: May 15, 2008 Comments: Refused to pay what is owed to members. Giving members worthless points instead. I lost $150 in giftcards
Name: Sally Warner Date: May 15, 2008 Comments: here you play for points and they said you could get a prepaid vis with your points I turned in points to get $125.oo then they told me after I emailed them two and a half months later they weren't going to give cash at this time do to to much fraud
Name: Eloian Date: May 15, 2008 Comments: On Monday, May 12, Netwinner told it's entire membership that they have rescinded all approved prizes that had not yet been sent out for double your points back and you can only use the points in a raffle making the points almost worthless. Some people were waiting for prize payouts of up to $1,000 myself having lost $450 USD that had been approved and promised for months on end and effectively going against their motto of "You play, we pay".
Name: Vickie Richardson Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: They renigged on promised payments. They owed me since Jan, 2008. Payment due in 60 days. We constantly got promises that payments were behind but we would be paid. About 3 days after the last promise theys ent emails saying they were reversing all redemptions. They then went into our accounts and removed any proof that they owed us anything. The only thing left on our account pages are prizes they did fulfill back in early 2007 when they still paid. They banned us from their forums for stating our displeasure. tHey call us whiners and tell us to get a life. I've never been treated this bad by any company or person before in my 53 years of life.
Name: Julie Barcelou Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: I cashed out for times: 01/25/08 redeemed $25.00
01/31/08 redeemed $25.00
02/18/08 redeemed $25.00
04/03/08 redeemed $25.00,
and have the email acknowledgements. Now they have reversed my cashouts, and are attempting to not pay.
Name: Debbie Loudon Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: I cashed in my points over 4 months ago and was suppose to receive over $200 to my ecount card. The next thing I know my order was cancelled and I was told there would be no redemptions for cash or gift cards any longer due to fraud. As far as I can tell, the only fraud on netwinner is by the operators of the site!! I am out several hours of clicking and over $200. They should have at least fulfilled the orders placed that long ago and gave a warning to its members! You know they were paid by the advertisers!!
Name: Tom Kihs Date: July 3, 2008 Comments: I was close to the twenty five thousand point mark when they moved the goal posts,so I stopped going in!
Name: Linda Graafland Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: Numerous breaches of TOS. Did not pay money owing instead turned into points to enter raffles. I had already cashed my points in for a prepaid mastercard.
Name: Michelle Johnson Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: Netwinner retroactively changed the TOS and is now refusing to pay the members as per its TOS that we agreed to when we joined .
I only lost $50 but it took me 2 yrs to earn that and i will never receive a dime .
Name: ashley Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: This company refused to pay thier members, including myself, thier winnings. They offered many excuses for delays and ultimately decided not to pay most members. They did promise a few members "hush money" but then later refused to pay. Yet others they did pay "hush money" to several members to keep them quiet and this was admitted to on thier own forum by a staff member. It is a total scam and complete fraud. Name: carlton Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: -myself and hundred or thousand of people have been told in the past week that all prizes that have been cashed in for will not be honored. i have filed a complaint yet netwinner used stall tactics to ensure they did not have to pay me. the company even went as far as to forward false information to the BBB on various replied to the BBB one said that they had spoken with me but i have yet to get netwinner to answer even 1 of my various phone calls emails. this company i feel plans to continue this under their present format ( or would change their name and just move locations )i feel that the tactics of this company is not only wrong but also criminal and if there is some way that your site has any contacts with a law enforcement agancy that handles this sort of crime that they could look into this.
Name: indivisible (with liberty and Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: We have had funds due for the last eight(8!!) months and netwinner voided all pay! They have been earning money off all of us and now refuse to pay what is owed! Although many people have quit this site, I understand they are continuing to use our good names as clients/traffic to pad their list for more ad revenues! We all had contracts to spend time on their sites and to watch and click ads. We fulfilled our part of the contract and fully expected them to do the same. I find this not only fraudulent, but criminal and hope everyone files charges with any authority available (ie: ftc, NC atty general, IC3.gov, etc etc)
Name: linda collins Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: will not pay members what is owed! took our money gave us worthless points to get a chance to maybe win the money it took 1 and 1/2 years to earn! they need to be stopped before they scam anymore people.
Name: Steven Gardner Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: Netwinner.com began online operations on 6/25/06 . On 7/1/06 , I was invited , through membership in an online forum , to join their site by one of the companies vice-presidents , Arion Hardison .
I joined the site , which operated as an online instant lotto . The site allowed unlimited plays on the instant lotto game . The were instant cash prizes , as well as points which could be earned , and initially points could be exchanged for gift cards . An accumulation of 25,000 points allowed for the redemption of a $25 gift card .
The site changed their games and rules several times over the almost 2 year period . Gift cards were eliminated as prize choices , but were replaced with an ecount mastercard debit card . I had redeemed 650,000 points for $650 to be added to an existing ecount card on 2/8/08 . I added $25 redemption amounts on 3/3/08 and 3/31/08 . The terms of service in effect on 2/8/08 stated netwinner would pay my prize within 60 days . I never received any of the $700 .
I played on the site until 5/12/08 . At that time , NetWinner posted an announcement in their forum , www.netwinnercentral.com , stating that all unpaid prizes would not be paid , and points would be doubled and returned to members for use in raffles .
NetWinner retro actively tried to change the rules . They owe me $700 , which they refuse to pay , and owe the total membership between $500,000 and $1,000,000 . Netwinner continues to operate , as though nothing happened . Their official position is that if they didn't stiff all of their members , they would have to shut down . These crooks refused to pay money honestly won , in order to continue paychecks to owners and employees , as well as affiliated sites . This is as dishonest and despicable as Enron .

Name: Elizabeth Harmon Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: Net Winner has failed to pay it's members money they earned by honestly playing their site. They converted everybody's money back to useless points.
Name: Penny Kent Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: I believe Netwinner has illegally taken away hundreds of their players cash prizes from their accounts and exchanged them for useless points to be used for a chance to win a raffle. I had a $100 ecount card in my account that was "processing" since 3/12/08. On 5/12, it was removed from my account and the points (which they doubled for the "inconvenience", as we were told in an email) were returned to my total. We were told month after month that we would get paid - people asked and asked what was going on. We were always told things would get better and we would all be paid - Netwinner always pays. I can't believe a website is able to do something like this and believe it has to be illegal. The website is still running. I don't know how this can be possible.
Name: Brenda Baggett Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: Ihad played at net until I got enough points to cash out for their ecard (pre-paid master card) I had received my cofirmation e-mail and the card was being processed, when i went into net one morning and saw more points that I should have had. When i checked under prizes to see if my card had been sent out yet it was gone. Then i found a letter in my e-mail from netwinner and they had decided not to honor the players that had ecards pending and gave everyone double their points back, which then could be used in raffles and drawings. This was not what they had offered the players to begin with and I feel they should have honored those players requests for the ecard that were being processed instead of just taking our ecards away and giving us points back.
Name: Lee Cowan Date: May 17, 2008 Comments: Netwinner and their partner sites( moneywheel/banko) Do Not pay as promised. They owe me $175 which they decided to convert from actual money( on a debit card) to points for raffles that I have no interest in entering because I feel that they are rigged just like their so-called games.Their tag line is "You play-We Pay"..its should read YOU play we DONT pay!
Do NOT sign up for this site Or their partners as they will use your info to get money from their advertisers even when you dont play

They renigged on the deal and reverted the money back to points to be used on some stupid raffle. I earned that money by spending hour after hour, day after day, playing that inane game and watching those inane ads.
Name: Rod Bortz Date: May 18, 2008 Comments: This company just stole everyone's money that has been promised over and over again since last November. Thay claimed they had fraud so we couldn't have [ecard] Master Cards anymore. Some people played for 6 months or more while they promised they would pay and now it's for nothing!!! What a scam!!!!

One by six months. On May14 they announced they would be giving us all our points back and they only have raffles. When people complain they say it is only a little bit of your time. It's also false advertising in my book.

This is more than two months and I never received my gift card.
When I wrote the owner and inqired where my gift card was he newver got back to me.
I had depeneded on that card, I am a disabled woman with a heart condtion and various other problems that don't allow me to work, so I live on a fixed income.
the gift card was suppose to be for my granddaughters birthday which was yesterday.
Now until I get my next chck I have nothing to give her and as it is I will have to buy 1 less of my medicines that I need, so that my grand dauther will have he birthday gift.
That man that owns Net winner is a real scam artist.

I did not play to win a chance to win a raffle - I registered at their site to win gift cards. I held up my end of the bargain and clicked on the advertisements but then have reneged on their end.
Name: Rose Spence Date: May 21, 2008 Comments: I signed up with this site because they advertised you play we pay. After cashing in my points for an ecount card it was advised to wait to cash out further points until you recieved the actual card then that advise was rescinded so I then cashed out more points. I waited on my card which was originally suppose to be mailed in 60 days this got further and further out. At month 5 while I was still patiently waiting the company informed its members they were no longer honoring the cards the players were given points back. This was very deceptive of the company and I see it as a fraud. I did not spend countless hours playing their games making money for them for raffle entries I played because they promised they would pay and for those 5 months they continually promised to pay. I feel I am due the money I had cashed out for and their response was basically sorry but if we want to make more money we can't pay you. This was not their exact words of course the way they phrased it was that they had two options to pay the members and close their doors or refund points and continue their website. Well I bet everyone could wipe away their debt like that and get away without any repercussions. This site is a scam and I will not support any company that has anything to do with them.
Name: Pamela De Baun Date: May 23, 2008 Comments: This site is touted as a free game site, but it is actually a play a boring game while viewing an ad site. The list of reasons they need to be boycotted is so long there's probably not room for them all. They DON'T PAY, they change the TOS constantly, they canceled pending payouts after promising for 5 months we would be paid and put double points back in our accounts to use for raffles. I didn't sit through those boring games for raffle tickets, I did it for a preloaded MasterCard I will never see. Cashouts were raised from $25 to $100. The *payouts* on the games dropped to the point of why bother playing, you could never reach cashout. Complaints about the business practices in the forum get you banned. I was banned after 6 posts. Some members have saved everything from that site and are proceeding legally. They should be SHUT DOWN!!!

I feel if they wanted to make it a raffle only site that is fine but they should have honored the cashouts that were already done prior to the changes. I was promised cash I should have received cash. They also deleted all my account information before they announced the changes so most people would have no proof of what they were owed.

All of the points were put back into my account and I was instructed to use them to purchase tickets for drawings, which I did, and have not won anything to date. I will no longer be working this program where I have 100+ referrals simply because I think it is a huge waste of time and a scam. It I want to enter sweepstakes, I can do so without having to waste my time on Netwinners painfully slow "Money Wheel"
Name: rhonda Date: July 10, 2008 Comments: I was owed over $400, when they change it back to points.I had been a member for 2 years. They claimed people cheated by opening double windows, but the lprogram did not allow that you would get a message. The only time I got that message was if my computer shut down, and when I restarted it the message appeared, they were just wanted a excuse to not pay what they owed because they had too many ideas and not enough cash. They kept telling us keep playing, dont worry you will get payed and then bam, we were scammed.
Name: Steve Callan Date: June 26, 2008 Comments: Won enough points for $25 card but refused to pay
Name: Sheryl Date: July 4, 2008 Comments: I too was waiting on a couple hundred dollars. What did they do? They gave me double points back to use in their stupid raffles. I have not been back to NW since that awful day. I had filed a complaint with the BBB only to receive an email back that netwinner stated I had cheated. I had never cheated on that site. They included the sites I supposedly cheated at and after awhile another user noticed something else. Another member had received the exact same email stating she had cheated as well. It was identical. Same sites, same dates, same times.. Netwinner, you blew it.. Trying to cover your own butts.. But you got caught.. LOSERS!!!!
Name: Mike Date: July 4, 2008 Comments: I played at Netwinner for over 8 months and accumulated enough points to cash out for $300.I was paid $50 for wins in the month of September 2007,but the remaining $250 (which I waited on for 6 long months ) were not paid .I never cheated and always played by their rules on their TOS . Well, after the notice that prizes redeemed would not be paid, but instead, points doubled back into my account ,I immediately filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, N.C. Attourney General, and contacted several of their advertisers . Netwinner at first accused me of a "multiple Window" violation I supposedly broke, then ,they took that back and said I WASN"T guilty of that ,but instead,I was guilty of "referral Fraud" (because one of my referrals created 4 different accounts. I'm NOT accountable for other peoples actions!!!!!! They are simply looking for ANY excuse for avoid financial responsibility . PERIOD !
Name: Lou Date: July 5, 2008 Comments: I decided to join netwinner through the site Moratraffic. The owner of Moratraffic added netwinner to benefit his site. I like MT and the owner seemed honest so I told him to support his site I would go ahead and sign up through his site. He was very thankful. I was a few cents from payout on netwinner when Mt closed up shop and robbed me of my netwinner earnings as well as the few dollars Mora site owed me. So I signed up again with net winner on my own and was working my way to payout when I saw the new sweepstakes changes. What no way! I knew what was comeing down the road so I decided to cut my loses. What a sad thing. I feel that when netwinner first started is was a give and take operation. The owner was there to make money but to be fair to the members as well. This obviously changed in a big way as greed took over for the owners of netwinner. Thats how I see it anyway.
Name: Donna Date: July 6, 2008 Comments: Netwinner owes me $400....from 7/07-12/07.
When I complained to the NC BBB in 6/08, my account was closed by Netwinner, and 800,00+ points removed. They said I cheated the game.
I DID NOT cheat and they know it.
It is very interesting that they said I cheated immediately after I reported them. It appears this is how they handle complaints. Blame the complainer.
There are many people who will not go down without a fight. Netwinner should be made to pay what they promised.
Name: keisha Date: July 8, 2008 Comments: Netwinner took back my request for payout which might I add I had been waiting for almost 5 months and gave me entries into a sweepstakes that I am sure no one ever wins. I was waiting for $125 in gift cards I didnt sit there for hours to get entries into a sweepstakes. If I wanted to do that I would have played pogo at least I know they pay.
Name: Ann Date: July 9, 2008 Comments: I cashed out for a gift card back in November 2007. After waiting the 3 months to receive my payment, I contacted the BBB. I still have an open case with the BBB as of today. A person who said they were from Netwinner actually called me and left a voicemail asking if I would accept cash as a payment. There was no return number to call to reply to the voicemail. They have also replied to my complaints with the BBB and stated that they have sent my winnings. Obviously, I haven't received it! I am still fighting for my gift card and I will continue until they get sick of me. While I don't expect to ever see my winnings, it's the principle behind it. File a case with the BBB if you have been scammed by Netwinner. When people check their record, it will show how many open complaints they actually have.
Name: katriean@Yahoo.com Date: July 11, 2008 Comments: I earned a gift card. It never arrived. Then I read online that they were not going to pay me. I was never even contacted.
Name: Brenda Jones Date: July 12, 2008 Comments: Netwinner owes me fifty dollars, 2 ecount cards of twenty five dollars each. I have filed with the BBS in North Carolina. I recently got an answer back from them, and they enclosed a copy of a letter from Netwinner. They said I had violated the 'Terms of Service'. I'm still scratching my head over that one.
Name: Jan Date: July 13, 2008 Comments: I am still owed $450.00 by Netwinner (Netloser) should be their name. All of my "pending" winnings were removed from my account "before" they made their announcement that they woul NOT be paying any of the winners that were waiting for their prize winnings. Instead, I was given back my points that I cashed in but they were doubled. BIG WHOOPIE on taht one. I spent days and hours playing that boring game only to find out I would not be paid because they "changed their minds. That's illegal as far as I am concerned. If anyone plays that game theyy eithe have too much time on their hands or they are losing it. You will NEVER be paid anything and as far as those prizes go for the drawings, it won't happen either. One man already wrote that he won a prize from their drawings and Netloser emailed him back informing him that they no longer had the item so they returned his points to him. Netwinner is a big SCAM site. DO NOT PLAY there if you are smart. If not, you will learn the hard way like a lot of us did.
Name: Linda Rice Date: July 17, 2008 Comments: On the website it states "netwinner you play,we pay!" I cashed in the
points I earned playing the games on this site for an ecount mastercard
and even though I received conformation e-mails from the company stating the
money would be added to my ecount card I never even received the ecount
card. Without warning they revoked all prize winnings and stated they
could change their minds whenever they felt like it and not pay out as
they promised. I learned this from their forum netwinnercentral.com
when I went there for answers on why my redemptions disappeared from
my account. They stated they sent an e-mail to all their members after
the fact but I never received one. Even so, they took back the
promised payouts and erased them from my account. I still have the
confirmation e-mails from them stating I would be paid. When I joined
Netwinner they had stated on their site that payments would be made
within 60 days. Recently they changed that to payments fulfilled
within 90 days which I also had to find out on netwinnercentral.com
blaming the ecount company on being slow. I have been waiting since
September 07 for my ecount card and numerous e-mails I had sent over
the months to fulfillment went unanswered. They owe me $425.00 that
they erased from my account. In their Terms Of Service it states that
if any prize is changed, they would substitute a prize of equal value
in its place. I received double my points back. Since they revoked
all redemptions points have no value so how can they believe this is
equal to $425.00. They also state in their TOS that anyone affiliated
with the company cannot play/win or redeem. According to the
netwinnercentral.com forum these people not only play but cash out and
get paid and receive prizes.

Name: tracy Date: September 16, 2008 Comments: i too played for some time banko was my game!Everyday i was at the site playing saving up for a gift card and low and behold as soon as i went to cash out i was shocked to see the option to cash was gone i emailed them and the response i got was SORRY if we played everyone we'd be out of buisness convenient all i was saving up for was 75.00 a waste of time never been back
Name: Michelle Date: October 6, 2008 Comments: This site is should be more aptly named, 'NetLOSER'. I joined this site in September of 2006. After playing for a year and a half, and cashing in 150,000 points for $150.00 worth of ecount MasterCards, I recieved the infamous email from S. Allen Dean on May 12, 2008, that told me to bend over and take it in the a**, because they will not be honoring ANY pending cash outs. Plus, I had another 50,000 points I was about to cash in for another $50.00 cash card. Yea, they gave me back the 150,000 points in double, to then turn around and submit for drawing that I had no chance in heck of winning. I'll take my $200.00, thank you. I would rather have my $200.00 NetLoser owes me, than risking those points from a NO chance of winning a piddly prize. NetLoser's owner/operators S. Allen Dean and Jeff Coapman ought to be ashamed of themselves. I will continue to fight this travesty. Mr. Coapman told the BBB and the Attorney General of NC that my time means NOTHING, and that it was my choice to play these games, and they can change the rules any time they choose to. Na Na Na Na Na, I am the big bully who steals your lunch money on the playground! If ANYONE chooses to play these games after their shenanigans, play at your own risk, as this is a SCAM site, and always will be. Enclosed is a screenshot from my account. Clearly, I have over 350,000 points. 50,000 of those points were about to be cashed out. 300,000 of those points were the 150,000 points I had already cashed out...six months previously, but were returned to me in double. PLEASE, I implore everyone NOT to frequesnt these games. that belong under the NetLoser headings! Screenshot:View Screenshot
