Isabelmarco is primarily a paid-to-click site offering up to $0.006 per paid click, a $9.00 payout minimum. The site also offers referral earnings, and even gives members the chance to purchase referrals.

In the latter part of 2008 without notice the admin changed the rules to state that only "Premium members can convert their earnings into cash payouts".

From complaints we have received it seems that some Premium members have still not been paid out.

The main reason that Isabelmarco is on the boycott list is the non-payment of members. Complaints below detail how some Standard members who reached the minimum payout and requested prior to the Rules change were not paid. Also some members who paid for a Premium account were not paid.

This program rightly belongs on the boycott list.

Comments: i am a member there in more than 80 days. i have clicked their ads. and when i requested my first payout, it is not paying. always showing pending. in the F.A.Q they have answered that members will get payments in 50 days or less and they are not paying me more than 50 days have passed out.

Comments: I have been joining the program and when I reached my payout, isabelmarco did not pay me and they inactivate my account. I could not log in and my email address is not recognized on their stupid system. Why do you waste peoples time and earn?

Comments: IM has no intention of paying members who do not DONATE money into their forex plan. And they require you to invest HALF YOUR EARNINGS, keep clicking, and reinvest half your earnings so they can keep 'making money', but they only pay out a little at a time, up to double your investment which you need to still upgrade every month. People have been waiting for over a year for payment and have not received it hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Every time you turn around the rules are changing. And when you call them on them not paying? They say they don't have the money. They have to invest. The owners of IM are liars and crooks extroidanaire. They need to admit that they want to run a TRAFFIC EXCHANGE ONLY and move on from that. At least people could respect honesty....but they got suckered hook line and sinker by the very people who were doing the hacking (highly likely and supported by more than one person who could read emails and ISPs) to buy protection services. They keep begging for money and giving very very little out. They pay max twice a month and no one knows when or if they will see money. I could care less.....I'd rather cut and run and take the loss instead of continuing to upgrade every month and end up operating at a loss.

Comments: I invested some 150$ in IM and got only 10$.My balance was 320$ and I was expecting my payment since the end of september but till now I didnt see not even the half of what i've invested.The admin changed the rules many times and now he want more and more money and is never intending to pay the members.This isnt a honest site , its a big SCAM ! Thousands of people lost their money there and now this latino guy is rich becouse of us.Stay away from this site ! Comments: This site should be moved to the SCAM LIST. All they are doing is scamming people into sending them more money in order to MAYBE gt paid. first it was they said you must upgrade to get paid. They never paid me even after I upgraded. Then they say you must "DONATE" THROUGH PAYPAL to their fortex fund which they said those who join will get first priority to payouts. I believe sending money through Paypal for a fortex fund is illegalif I'm not mistaking. Isabelmarco's needs to be shut down for scamming people worldwide.

Comments: After I cashed out on this site, they changed their TOS and said you had to be an upgraded member before they would pay. I have never been paid and I cashed out several months ago, so it's not going happen.

I was not paid and have not been paid since. She stared off being honest but since has changed. Comments: I cashed out in September and I still have not received my payment. All my referrals were taken away that I paid for out of my hard earned money cause she changed her rules. I am very disappointed at what has been said and happening with this site. She has even posted in the forum not to contact them about payment etc. I didn't say anything for awhile as I read that if you say anything negative about them and their site they will not pay you. At this point I don't give a flip as the year is almost over. She needs to go down on the baddddd list if you ask me.

Comments: Funny site where they change rules like they change clothes. No warning for their members, no respect, no answer to our emails and if we complaint in their forum, we only risk to lose everything.No payout or take a while to get paid if we get pay.

Comments: Change in TOS to not pay money owed to standard members. New demands that members upgrade and invest in order to be paid. PO's running illegal lotteries in violation of Paypal's policies. PO's are promoting HYIP which is illegal in most countries. Promotion of large amounts of pornography on their many sites. Intimidation and threats made toward members of their site and posted in their own public forum.

Comments: I joined this site & purchased a premium membership. Since joining, I have purchased multiple referrals. I requested payment on Aug 9th 2008. I have yet to receive it. Their terms have been changed multiple times. I have been within the terms with each change. Their terms currently state I will be paid within 60 days. It has been longer. Comments: I have been a good investor with IM, purchasing 35 referrals and upgrading each month, I requested a cash out on 14th September for $20.10 and was told 25 days to get payout, my upgrade lasted until 6th October then they changed the rules no payouts to free members, but my request was already in, the 25 days would have been 9th October, I emailed them and I was told I would only get paid if I upgraded again, well I stupidly paid out another $9 and I still haven't got paid, its now past 30 days. I have emailed them again and they haven't responded. I feel they are taking for a mug, I have wasted money by buying referrals and being fed false promises, you have to continually verify that you are a human not ONCE but all the time, you get forced pop ups and I angered that they keep changing the rules and I will never see one single cent of my money. I have invested in them faithfully and this is how they treat their members!

Comment: I submitted a payment request on 14th September 2008 and then they decided to pay only upgraded members, and at the time I was an upgraded member, my membership elapsed and I was told that I had to upgrade again to receive payment, still I was not paid! And my payment elapsed again, I paid for advertising out of my account money and I never saw ONE of my adverts published but the money was debited from my account each time. I stupidly bought referrals which started to vanish very very quickly and I have not seen a single cent of the money I have invested and earnt

Comments: Isabelmarco, without any notice has made an announcement that they will NOT pay put standard members. Only Premium members will be paid from now on. All standard members, including myself who have been clicking faithfully and honestly for months will lose all the money because they will not pay. This is illegal. I have been honest, have not broken any rules. I clicked, have a positive amount. My friends have clicked for months and have much more money earned than I do, and none of us will receive a penny. Our accounts are still active/opened, because we have not broken any rules, but we will never get paid. Isabelmarco posted that: 99% of standard members are cheaters (implying that we might be), so none of us will be paid. They are dishonest and administration like this one must be STOPPED. please use your powers to stop these dishonest people from doing any more business and stealing money from people like us, myself. That is fraud, scamming. Thank you.

Comments: I submitted a claim for payout on the 31/08. Waited the 25 days as TOS states and still haven't got anything after 38 days. Two eMails to them have gone unanswered and now they seem to have removed the direct method of contact.
