charm-mail is a paid e-mail program, Stating all e-mails are worth $50, $100, $200. All PTC are Worth $50, $75, $100, with $500 signup bonus and $200 referral bonus, Payments are to PayPal, E-gold, SfiPay, IntGold, Western Union, Wire Transfer, MoneyBookers, StormPay, EvoCash, AnyPay, NetPay, Neteller, E-Bullion, AlerPay, EMO, Money Order or Check.

The referral structure on the main page states " Only one Ref levels of commission under you " then goes on to say Level 1-20% Level 2-10%. On the help page it states Affiliates will earn 20% of their direct referral earnings, 10% of their indirect referral level earnings, 5% of their 3rd level referral earnings, 3% of their 4th level referral earnings, 2% of their 5th level referral earnings and 1% of their 6th level referral earnings..

On the main page redemptions will be sent within 48 hours while the help page says we will issue payment to you within 30 days. - a claim which, as can be seen from the complaints below, is untrue.

The first reason charm-mail is boycotted is the non-payment of its members. it is clear from the complaints below that this site does not pay.

The second reason charm-mail is boycotted is the unsustainability of the site. Any site offering to pay such unrealistic sums for reading e-mails is not at all likely to pay its members.

Comments: i have successfully reached the TARGET PAYOUT OF 200000$ on june 2007 and when i logged in as a free member i observed that the charm-mail.com people had DEBITED that amount as part of processing of my payment I REQUESTED CHEQUE TO BE SENT TO MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS HERE IN MUMBAI-INDIA AND INSPITE OF SENDING THEM MANY REMINDERS THEY HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO SEND EVEN ONE REPLY TO ME.I FEEL THEY ARE BIG CHEATERS AND HARASSING INNOCENT PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO sincerely worked all day on this site.PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS SITE

Comments: Dear Sir, I completed my earnings $200,000.00 before two weeks, and after 2 days i sent query message to charm-mail.com regarding this payout by clicking on contact us form at charm-mail.com. I sent two messages but they did not replied to me regarding any matter. after two days again i sent message regarding this payout but they did not replied again. Again after 4 days i sent message to charm-mail.com but no response and no reply from charm-mail.com. today 04march2009 again i sent two messages regarding may payout query but i did not get any confirmation email or any reply email from charm-mail.com. It shows that this is a scam website who misguided users. please take action about this website. Thanks

Comments: I am upgraded to silver. Requested payout several times. Payout for silver was $50,000, then $30,000 now it is $200,000 for all members.

Comment: I am a Silver Member. I am waiting for $570,000 that I have requested. Silver member payout went from $50,000 to $30,000 now all member levels payout is $200,000. I have sent several e-mails to them and have reported them to paypal, no response.

Comments: Charm-Mail.com is another site which does not pay. I joined them paid $80.00 to upgrade to Diamond requested the minimum pay out for diamond members which is $1,000 . I requested payment four times and never receive a cent. Yet they claim that payout will be in 3 days. I sent emails to them asking why and when I will be paid and they never reply. Yet another Scam members beware of this site.
