AllYouSubmitters, commonly referred to as AYS, is a "paid-to-read" program and reportedly has a member base exceeding 7,300. However, an increasing number of members are becoming more and more dissatisfied with the program's lack of support and non-payment of earnings. Members, current and former, continue to report their inquiries fail to be answered, accounts disappear without explanation and payout is never received.
AllYouSubmitters started and popularised a dangerous trend with regards to payment standards, stating that payments will only be made to members "as revenue comes in". This leaves their business in a precarious situation - constantly in debt, and only paying members when they can afford it. As a result, some members have reported non-payment for over a year, or worse - the deliberate avoidance of payments by the staff of AllYouSubmitters. With what few payouts are made taking longer-and-longer to process, many members who join the program now, manage to reach the $50 minimum payout by adhering to the site's strict Terms of Service, and click away to stay active while waiting for their payment, may never see their money. It is for this primary reason that GPTBoycott enforces a formal boycott against AYS.
It is clear from the above that the site has many problems with regards to customer support, as well as payment. For most businesses in this industry, problems on this scale would result in widespread dissatisfaction being echoed on forums across the Internet. In order to combat this, AllYouSubmitters decided to include the following lines in their Terms of Service: "AYS will not allow members to post any libelous statements, which may harm AYS PTR. The penalties that may result from forum abuse are one or more of the following: warning, monetary fine or account suspension with forfeiture of earnings". To GPTBoycott, thinly veiled threats such as this are not acceptable within the industry, especially where users expressing legitimate dissatisfaction at the policies at AllYouSubmitters find their accounts are closed, due to an overtly liberal interpretation of the word "libelous", and the simple fact that such posts "harm AYS PTR" within the industry. It is for this second reason that AYS has been formally boycotted.

I went to log into my account which i have done at least once a week so that I wouldn't be deleted just to find out I don't exsist in their database....I wrote to find out why and I got a reply saying Inactive account....I kept all email response from them..So i lost $180 and they done the same with my wife...delted her saying the same thing....This owner of All You Submitters is just another theive and I will be looking into takeing legal action

Name: Carol Fleming Date: September 25, 2004 Comments: I have my own horror story of AYS. I had been clicking for quite some time and back in Dec last year I clicked for a payout. The message on screen said I would receive a confirmation email, which I did not. So in late Jan or Feb I clicked again, still no confirmation email. I went into the forum in May, to ask for advice to be told that I'd clicked again in April - which I did not. It was at this time that I was told that each time you click, you're placed back at the bottom of the list again. Back then the wait for a cheque was 5 months, It's now 10 months. (My payout should be over $300australian). After going into the forums I was quickly attacked by the pack, for saying it was a very unprofessional way to run a business. So, after that comment I was told I would be getting a full payout and my account closed, they said they'd made my account a 'full payout' instead of the $50 as in my request, but I was now on the bottom of the list again. My account has been deleted, I have no way of contacting them as it won't allow me in the fourm, and any emails I send them go unanswered. A friend told me they're still paying from last December.
I still say this is no way to run a business, it's very poor form.
Name: Rachel Rowden Date: September 27, 2004 Comments: Requested payout at $65.00,then received an email saying payouts would only be $50.00 but the full $65.00 would be deducted from my account, checked back on payout status 3 months later,i had continued to be active the entire time, and found my account deleted.
Name: Maureen Neuhaus Date: October 5, 2004 Comments: I reached $50 payout and requested cashout. Was told I would receive an email in approximately a month to finish the withdrawal process. When it didn't come I was going to login to write support and my account no longer existed.
Name: Jypsy Date: October 1, 2004 Comments: Deleted my account after waiting for payout since late January 2004. Reason given, according to others was administration didn't like criticism. I was never personally given a reason. They just deleted my account. I used the contact form to inquire about my account and never heard from them.
Name: Sherry Barton Date: August 5, 2004 Comments: I have belonged to this site for over 2 years and have never been paid yet. I reached their $50 payout and requested last August and never received anything but waited patiently till after the first of the year when I finally inquired when I would get it and got the answer that I would get it within a month IF I had not repeatly hit the payout button.(which I had not!) I never got it but they in the meantime had changed to auto payout or something once you hit the payout limit. I now have over $100 in account and have been only clicking 1-2 links per week so as not to be wasting my time there anymore and today when I went to click my link I discovered they have deleted my account. All I wanted was my money and they just refuse to give it!!
Name: Meroveus Date: August 24, 2004 Comments: My account was fined for forum abuse at GetPaidForum (not AYS forum) for making the " false and unfocumented" statement that "AYS is not trying anything to get its payments back on time." My entire AYS account was later suspended, which means they are keeping my personal info, which Linder already divulged publicly in part (see earlier complaint). The Terms now say they will payout when they get paid, which seems to me to make it an illegal Ponzi scheme, but you be the judge. My username at AYS was tekora@refercent.
Name: lala palooza Date: August 29, 2004 Comments: Just recently Sharon started openly posting ALL personal information gathered on former members who have been removed for suspicion of using cheatware, clicking 3 or more cheat links over a period of time, and in at least one case, for having more than one account on the same computer. Instead of just posting the user ID like most program forums do, Sharon is posting the person's full name and address, email address, eGold account number if one was given, and their encrypted password which could be used in another CC scripted program in which they used the same password! This information is available to the over 5000 members of the AYS forum.
When asked to stop this violation of privacy, she refused to and attempted to justify it because she thinks it's a way to scare people into not cheating. Anybody who disputed her has been subjected to rude comments from both Sharon and other AYS members.
Name: Judy Basso Date: August 29, 2004 Comments: I requested payment from them, then I was deleted. I have written them several times, they won't answer my email. I believe I deserve an explanation as to why I was deleted for no apparent reason. They owe me money.
Thanks for listening.
Name: desmond Date: June 8, 2003 Comments: This program never pays when we you reach cashout. Before they change to a new script, I reached cashout and wrote in to inform them about that. They never reply. I then realise that they were trying to enhance their scripts and I thought I should give them sometime. About 1 or 2 months later, they changed to a new scripts and then all the rules have changed from there. The never inform the members or communicate with us. I wrote to them politely about my request but they never reply. I waited for a few days, wrote them, again they did not reply.
A week later, I reminded them again and still they refused to reply me and never intend to pay me.
Recently, many of my friends reported the same problem.
Name: Tammie Allen Date: June 17, 2003 Comments: I joined AYS when they first started 6-8 months ago. I upgraded to Premium membership, which as I remember was not cheap. I put up with the fact that I never received payout from the first go around like I was supposed to, when they came back and raised payout to $50.00. They did at least transfer my $20 some dollars they had never paid me from the old program to the new one. I got to less then $10 away from the new $50 payout. I was in my account one day, and the next day when I went to sign in, I was gone. No such user name, no such email, nothing.
I have contacted AYS 6-7 times. They will not even give me the courtesy of a response. I use the contact form on site mainly, but I sent an email from my email once, with a read receipt, which they returned, but no response.
I am now out $40 plus dollars, the cost of my upgrade, my 4 downline members, and as luck would have, 5-8 people (I have the emails), that were able to sign up on my referral link during the time my account disappeared.
The fact that my account has been ??? I don't know what, my money has been stolen, and they will not even acknowledge me is just wrong.
I am a webmaster for 3 sites, I do not spam, I did nothing wrong, and I spend 15-18 hours a day on the Internet, so I know my email account did not bounce. Plain and simple, they stole my money.
Sincerely,
Tammie Allen

Name: Philip Dobson Date: January 19, 2005 Comments: About time this was boycotted properly. Having wasted time clicking to keep the account alive while waiting months for payment, then finding the account vanished after coming back from holiday, most likely due to inactivity, I sympathise with all the others who had the same or similar happen to them. Apparently the latest snide move was to make the accounts read-on-site only, so that the Ker-Ching Cash Webmistress had her account with $190 amount owed, deleted while she was too busy to keep logging in, and forgot for a while to do so in time (no emails reminding that the account was in danger). The sort of trick worthy of some of the other more notorious scam sites, and a reason to ban just for that.
Name: Murray KelseyP Date: September 16, 2003 Comments: I was at $44.00 dollars in earnings and was very careful not to click on any of the numerous delete links that they seem to be sending on purpose. Well guess what... like many in the GPF... my account has been deleted. This is ridiculous... you work so hard and even if you click on a delete (which I did not) your account is deleted. Do not they see that someone with $44.00 is a faithful clicker... are they all perfect there... they never make mistakes. Like many, I feel he uses this as a means to stay alive. I mean figure out the math at what he sells ads for and what he has to pay out.

Name: Hesz Magdolna Date: September 17, 2003 Comments: Hello!
I must to tell my ugly story with All You Submitters to somebody..
I have heard about AYS from a pick up of mine.
I signed up by it in the end of march or beginning of april in this year 2003.
I worked honestly everyday, and just! when my earnings have got 10 $
(this was the minimum payout by AYS in that time)
AYS hackered and their server out!
When they back -approx. 3 weeks later-
I (and more members too) worked further.
While I couldn't login from day to day.
I asked WHY? from them many times but I haven't got answers.
I was very sad it goes without saying but I didn't give up and I signed up by AYS again with another email address.
I though in myself maybe it was my fault deleting my account..
You know, if somebody use another language as vernacular it is possible to misunderstand something easely.
Well! They deleted my account and have took my money but I gave trust to they still!
Anotherhand I have got just 10$ singn up bonus -as any new member- and I decided I will be all there much more in the future.
I worked honestly again EVERY SINGLE DAY!
And when I did more as 30 $! it happened to same as before:
I couldn't login from day to day again.
I also asked them why what is the problem but I never have got answer.
I was very angry with them and I wrote my oppinion their work: it's too easy to earn money in such way... :-(
After all -I stupid- I signed up third time too!
My plan was that, I will ask them -while I'm a member of AYS- that tell me what is a reason....
Yes I know already, this is foolish!
They deleted my account for the third time too, but I'm not in surprise.
I did ask nothing.
I want to tell You about me:
I'm 48 years old and I say sooth and I never cheat...
It was very important in my familie:
to live true life.
Of course, the things (aren't) goes just a simple ways but it have to keep this idea in the first.
In the end: Please take a look on the AYS Forum!
All You Submitters fool played more members too.
I'm so sorry istead everybody.
Thank You for your patient to hear me out.
Sincerely

I am incredibly bitter about this and consider this the worst experience I have ever had in ptr.
I know I am not alone here. I get sick when I think of all the time and all the emails I read only to get deleted by this webmaster.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS PROGRAM.

Name: Tony Walters Date: December 8, 2003 Comments: I have not officially done this so here goes. I worked hard at AYS almost from the time it opened. I had 0 downline so I had to work to get enough to request payout. I finally reached payout and requested payment. The next day I was deleted. I tried to send e-mails requesting information with no luck. Finally I went to the forum and began looking around. I noticed someone that had the same problem and they AYS responded that they had clicked a cheat link. I mentioned that the information they posted did not even show the IP address. Linder posted a nasty response and said I had also clicked the cheat link. I never received a cheat link so I could not have clicked it. It is amazing to me that just when they have money problems they suddenly have 700+ members that have requested payout click a cheat link. If possible could you let me know how many complaints you have received on them. I appreciate your effort here.

I own 3 computers and no one touches them but me. I live alone and no one else has access to my computers.I reached payout around the middle of January 2004. A few days after I reached payout my account was deleted. Emails to the PO went unanswered.

The ToS is very vague on this point, and doesn't specify that you must read the eMail, just the "ad", leaving the problem of what compiles an "ad".

I have tried to contact him before and never got a reply ever at all. My name is Merle and im over 60 years old, there are people saying rude and nasty stuff on the ays forum, half of what I dont even understand. I've waited over 6 months for my payout and now I'm told I'll have to wait longer. The fact is, AYS cannot pay all their members, they're just delaying the inevitable. They don't bring in enough money for each ad to pay everyone. This program is a disgrace, they treat their members as if they're all cheaters, and make us wait more than half a year for a payout. And they expect us to remain active to avoid getting deleted. This program needs to be boycotted because nobody should have to wait 6 months for a payout. Let's take a stand, and let the owners know that we will not tolerate this treatment!

Hello David,
I'm sorry, but your account was deleted for inactivity on
12/07/2004. From the
terms of service:
Members must stay active in this program. This requires
logging into Member's
account at least once every 15 days. Failure to do so will
result in the
closing of Member's account and the loss of Member's
earnings.
Each person's account has a vacation setting that can be
set for up to 30 days.
This prevents deletion when the script runs checking for
inactivity.
Unfortunately, by going inactive you forfeit your earnings.
Regretfully,

AYS started paying December 2003 payout requests on April 18, 2004. As of today, December 21, 2004, the December 2003 payouts are not finished. Which means that for the past 8 months, AYS has been paying December 2003 payout requests and said payout requests are not completed yet. They are in fact 1 year behind in payout vs. request dates.
In addition, under their "forum rule abuse" for which AYS WM and AYS administrator are prosecutor, judge and jury, quite a few members of their forum were banned from the forum or/and had their member's account suspended, deleted or fined ($10-$50)for posting questions or comments that were considered to be libelous by them, the whole injustly and without proof of intent of libel whatsover.
Name: Kathleen Glaser Date: December 22, 2004 Comments: This program is run very unprofessionally and without regard for its members. The two persons running the program have been uniformly rude, unprofessional, and unfair for most of the last twelve months of this program's operation, in my opinion. The rules to the program are ever-changing to a ridiculous extent, and seem to be aimed at deleting as many people as possible to decrease what is clearly a considerable debt load. I was a member of this program since its launch about 2 years ago, and watched it deteriorate exponentially over the past year. Members were belittled, ignored, and deleted for the most tenuous of reasons. Furthermore, the activity requirements dictate that one remains "active" for months on end while waiting for a payout requested over a year ago (the wait time for payment is currently over 12 months, which is utterly ludicrous).

I was inactive temporarily due to job interviews and christmas planning and due to that my account was deleted due to inactivity even though they owed me $150.00. My earnings were forfeited and I lost all that I legitimately earned! I have had it with this program as they are farrr behind with payouts, they don't answer emails and they delete accounts without paying their members what they earned!
Name: Regina Phalange :-) Date: January 3, 2005 Comments: Hi...I think I already filed a complaint several months ago, but this is for a different reason, even though it's still against AYS. Obviously the payout situation is beyond ludicrous now, but despite the fact that 2003 payments are still not finished over a year later, this program still has devoted members who are now trying to get a movement going to "help Linder and Sharon" by donating every single one of their clicks for an entire month just to help people start getting paid again. This kind of devotion is being shown to a man who, when I asked why there had been no payout updates for several weeks, launched into a tirade against me in which he had the gall the make the ridiculous statement that AYS' problems were MY fault, as well as anyone else who had "forced" them to become a little more sustainable, even though he and Sharon had been against it. This is a program that will never change because it's owner refuses to accept responsibility for it's problems. The thousands of people who are owed money will likely never see any of it as a result of his refusal to admit his own mistakes. Please folks -- the first boycott was lame and you were right to rescind it; however, all these months later, nothing has gotten better and in fact, the site is deeper in debt now than it was at the time of the original boycott. Thanks.

Name: CATHRINE SCOTT Date: February 17, 2005 Comments: ays deleted me just as i was about to be paid (i thought). i suppose it was due to inactivity as i was sick for a week and couldn't login for that time. he owed me over $50. cathy scott
Name: Henrietta Roberts Date: January 28, 2005 Comments: Hi, I was a member of AYS for over a year and was due for payout when they started Jan's payout. They were on Dec. the last time I was able to get into my account. So I would have been paid anytime. I was at their site on Dec 20th of 2004 and had my account deleted on Jan.1,2005. Their site states that you have 15 days before your account is deleted for inactivity yet as you can see, my account was deleted before those 15 days were up. So i figure since I was getting close to payout and they owed me 185.71 it was easier for them just to delete my account then to pay what they owed me. They are CROOKS.....
Name: Carol Date: February 3, 2005 Comments: Non payment of 100.00 for months. Have sent emails with no response and no payment
Name: June MacArthur Date: February 5, 2005 Comments: These people are the biggest crooks I have ever seen. You work hard and daily but when its time for payout they delete your account for no other reason than to NOT make payment. They never answer any emails...all you get it a link saying your account is not recognized. That was after I was awaiting a payment of $150.00, they just didn't know me anymore.
Name: Vaiduoklis Date: April 15, 2005 Comments: They are more than a year behind in payments. Redeemed in February 2004 for $100, than in May for $50 payout. I'm still waiting.
Name: Jackie Date: April 16, 2005 Comments: I was a member starting 8/03 clicked to 50 dollar payout without any refs, I requested payout and waited while I clicked away. I waited but didn't see a deduction from my account so redeemed again but now you had to receive a point before you get payout, so I got a point for payout. Clicked and waited, account rose over 100 dollars, requested another payout their response was a full or partial now since you could only request payout at $50,$100, etc.. so now I have 1 partial payout and 1 full payout. The programs is having a little trouble but I click away and wait on payout now here come the cheat links, I avoid all of them, I click on for weeks and then here come the sneaky links, I click one I lose $50,I accept it.They now anounce they need help to pay members quicker so they ask for donations upgrades and banner ads, I upgrade. Now that's $100 I gave back meanwhile links are now 5 and 2 cents and I'm still active and waiting on over a $100 in payout. I inquired about payout they told me I was on the list as 12/29/03 cashout date and they were paying 10/03 dates and this was 4/04. I clicked a few links each week to keep active to get paid. In the beginning of 01/05 they were paying the last week in 12/03 payments, MY PAYDATE. I logged into my account 3 weeks later and could not get into it, I contacted them and was told read the TOS you have not logged in within 15 days, the TOS changed and everyone was sent an email. They have on site inbox only but I still get email from their message boards to my email address.
Name: Joel Marquez Date: April 19, 2005 Comments: I joined this program in late 2003, Reached payout status in May of 2004, Waited until November, e-mail them, they said payment takes a while and there was no bank funds. My account was deleted in 2005 and I got no payment at all.
Name: Stacey Spraggins Date: April 21, 2005 Comments: I was an upgraded member of ays.I paid for the upgrade with earnings and reached the 50 dollar payout and requested the payout.I dont remember when it was that I requested but I do remember it was supposed to take about 4 months to get paid.In the time wiating I had earned almost enough to request payout again when I as well was deleted for inactivity. Now I know that I logged in atleast once a week and I had emailed them about one of there cheat link emails that was only supposed to show the link if you where using cheat software.I dont use cheat software and by the way that email came to my email at home(NOT THE INBOX AT THE SITE)the owner is a crook, theif, scumbag and a few more choice names that can't be posted.
Name: marinel Date: April 25, 2005 Comments: i requested payout on august 2004 after reaching the $50 payout. I never received my money, nor was I able to access my account again after they deleted my account without any warning. and to think that i login to my account everyday just to remain active! i should have known they'll do this to me.
Name: Brailey Date: April 28, 2005 Comments: Redeemed for $200 payout in Feb 2004. Waited patiently over a year, clicking diligently.
During that year I earned another $50, which I donated back into the site.
In April 2005 my cat died in the middle of final exams, and they deleted me for inactivity.
Name: Laura Date: May 11, 2005 Comments: Ive got paid once, I think Ive received my 1st check on March 2004.
After this Ive gone on clicking and got a redemption. At that time they allowed redemptions for "Search ads".
Ive gone on clicking...and made 2 requests:
1- $50.00
2-$56.00
As the Ays scams word was running and Ive realized, Ive asked to refund my account and then redeem.
Ive sent a signup form search engine; it was rejected as sSharom considered it like a search ad. No disucion. I was asked to change my ad. Ok Ive changed it by another one about astrology with google ads...what did happened? Ive lost my account at google cause of bots clicks...grrrrrrrr
Ive got mad, not only they dont pay, plus they take a simple sign up form as it were a Search ad and finally, the remaining members use boooots..........
The worst PTR ....

Name: Marie Date: June 23, 2005 Comments: I can't believe how long these members stayed with AYS.After a certain period of time ,they must have known that the webmasters there are nothing but a bunch of crooks and liars. And yet, after reading these posts,I read that a lot of them were or are members for over 2 years or more. Why take the abuse?Only to have your accounts deleted, recieve insults, or be accused of cheating.the only cheaters here are the people who run AYS. But by staying with them, your keeping them in business.
Name: Gen Date: August 11, 2005 Comments: I was a member for over a year. I had over $150 in my account. With no referrals. I used to spend nearly ALL of my online time on their site clicking. I requested payout a couple months before my next semester of school was going to start (it was going to be my sophomore year of college.. and evern $150 would have helped a lot with books) about 2 hours (yes HOURS) after I requested cashout... My account was deleted. This was over a year ago and I thought by now they would have definitely been shut down. but then i saw all these comments and some FAIRLY recent ones... So, I just felt inclined to share.
Name: James Johnson Date: September 4, 2005 Comments: I was also a member of allyousubmitters, I had over 250.00 in my account when they stole it and deleted my account. They are thieves alright!! I did log in once a week and clicked on one email link a week to stay active, but they still deleted my account. Never answered my emails either.
Name: Renee K. Date: September 21, 2005 Comments: I reached the minimum payout, and requested my $180.00 for faithfully clicking their emails every single day! My account page shjowed the payout was in process, however after almost two years, I can tell you I am still waiting!! During this two-year period, I emailed the company several times and never received any response. I finally emailed threatening legal action. The next time I logged into my account, I was deleted! When I contacted AYS asking (1) where is my money and (2) why is my account gone, they informed me, as they seem to do EVERYONE, that my account was deleted for inactivity! I never did get paid. Does anyone know of an agency that accepts complaints against sites like these???
Name: siria Date: January 22, 2006 Comments: I have been deleted by AYS because I forgot to login for some days. I had a big credit, and I requested for cashout (50 $) many time ago. So I lose all my big earning, I don't remember how many dollars, I'm very angry !
Name: Tara Johnson Date: February 28, 2006 Comments: My mother was a member as well as I was. My mom had over $200 in her account. Payout had been requested over a year before she was deleted for inactivity. Their terms said she could be re-instated when she sent documentation of illness. Info was sent, her account wasn't re-instated.

Name: ML Date: April 27, 2006 Comments: I have been waiting two years for payout
Name: Gene Date: May 14, 2006 Comments: When I first joined AYS over two years ago, their emails were 5 cents apiece with a 1 minute timer each. After faithfully clicking FOREVER, I finally reached payout of $100 as stated in their TOS. When I asked for payout, I was told I was at bottom of long waiting list as they were having problems with getting paid from their host. After about 6 months I again asked for payout, and was told they were making payouts in order received. However since I had asked for payout SO SOON, I was placed at bottom of list again. After another 4 or 5 months, they dropped payout to $50 so I resubmitted another request. I was informed they were in process of switching host servers, but give them a little time and resubmit my request. All of this time I was a faithful clicker so I would not be deleted for nonactivity. After 90 days, I resubmitted payout request and was told WM was ill at that time to resubmit a little while later. I had accumulated over $150 during this total period of time, and was getting impatient. I waited another 4 or 5 months and resubmitted payout request for $100. They informed me they had no record of any previous requests and this was my first payout request and MANY other people were in front of me, and they could give me no length of time I would have to wait. I then informed them they could take whatever amount I had and SHOVE IT and I will do any and everyting to let EVERYBODY know what a scam artist they most certainly are!!!
Name: Patricia Date: July 3, 2008 Comments: I was also a member of this lets say scam, and I requested payout and never got it of course. I sent them an email and told them how immuture they were being and they sent me back an email telling me if I didn't like the way they were running their program then feel free to unsubscribe. Well that's what they wanted me to do cause they owed me around 150 dollars.

Name: still waiting for payout Date: July 4, 2008 Comments: Joined program in 2003. I reached the $50 payout and was paid that. Reached next payout and cashed out in February 2004. Never received payment. I'm beyond irritated at listening to "Oh, we know we'll get paid, Linder is so honest and fabulous and great", etc. I actually filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and (SURPRISE!) Linder never answered it. They have other complaints there, too, so I wasn't the first to think of that.
According to the owner's friend/rep who posts on their forum frequently, we'll all be paid someday. Riiiight. At the rate they're going (less than 1 payout over a year period), I should be paid my $200 payout by the time I'm 980+ years old. And there you have it!
