9PTR is a paid e-mail program, It has a minimum payout of $3 with a 1 level referral structure of 10%. The site's Terms note that after redemption payment will be issued within 30 days or a reasonable time after. - a claim which, as can be seen from most of the complaints below, is not true.

The first reason 9PTR is boycotted is the non-payment of its members. Despite their claim to pay members and the showing of a payout list on the main page, it is clear from the complaints below that this site has not paid many of its members.

The second reason 9PTR is boycotted is the non support issues from the site admin. there are many reports of emails being ignored. Mails we sent ourselves to the site admin were returned due to MailBox being full.

For the reasons above, and the complaints listed below, 9ptr has been boycotted!

Comments: I have been waiting since April for $3. I have emailed them and It got returned do to the mail being full. I have since hit another payout, and requested it and still nothing. He used to return email enquiries, but, not anymore.

This ( person ) runs some other ptrs as well and doesn't pay over there either. I have emailed her possible host with the issue. The old owner (a chinese person) should have had consideration and said something. I now know I will never get my funds. I am deeply disturbed by this.

Comments: I cashed out in September 2008 for $10.00 never received payment. Tried again to cash out for $3.00 in January 2009 still no payment. Emailed them 4 times NO RESPONSE.

Comments: this site when you cash out it said you have been pay but when you check to see if you was pay in it said you have not recieve payment they put your name in the payout list saying that you were pay but the truth is you were not pay i think they using there been pay list as a way to get people to sign up thinking that they going to get paid then when its time to cash out then you dont get paid they also dont answer your emails this website is the same as readrevenue they dont pay

Comments: I participated in the program to the point of reaching the minimum cash out amount for my payment processor. I requested payment and I still have not received it even though the 48 hour waiting period has past. I emailed customer service and I have not received any response.

Comments: I had been with this PTC for a while and they had paid out before. I requested payout near the beginning of September. They posted on the been paid list they paid me and took the money out of my earnings but they never sent it to me. They state they payout in 48 hours. It is now 4 weeks later and I still have not received my money. I have written to them repeatedly with no response.
