7thHeavenPTR is a paid e-mail site offering a signup bonus of $200, e-mails worth $200 and a $1000 minimum payout. The site also proudly boasts that redemptions are fulfilled within 24 hours, though the complaints which follow show this not to be the case.
The first reason that 7thHeavenPTR is on the boycott list is simply the non-payment of members. The complaints below detail how members who have reached the minimum payout amount are not being paid according to the site's own Terms of Service. Support e-mails have not been responded to, members have not been paid, and so this program rightly belongs on the boycott list.
The site's structure appears to have been revised since we received many of the below complaints, and so the site is now even more unsustainable than before. The new e-mail rates promised (see above) are wildly unrealistic, and so the site is also boycotted due to its unsustainable business model.

For the reasons above, and the complaints listed below, 7thHeavenPTR has been boycotted!
Name: Amanda Date: August 4, 2006 Comments: Says a payout button will appear when minimum is reached but it doesn't happen. Emails aren't replied to in relation to this matter so payout is never made. From what I can tell, I think it's the same owner as Trade-Mails which does the same thing.

I reached payout and as I had read in the complaints NO CASH OUT BUTTON would appear, I send an email to support 2x and as also mentioned in the complaints they do not respond to any emails to them.
7thheaven is bad news and needs to be avoided at all cost.
