1centemails.com is a paid e-mail program, with a signup bonus of $5, a minimum payout of $10 and a 3 level referral structure of 30% , 20% , 10% . The site's help page states that after redemption payment will be issued within 30 days - a claim which, as can be seen from most of the complaints below, is not true.

The first reason 1centemails is boycotted is the non-payment of its members. Despite their claim to pay members, it is clear from the complaints below that this site has not paid many of its members.

The second reason 1centemails is boycotted is the non support issues from the site admin.

Comments: The site gives 1 cent for clicking links and viewing websites for 80 seconds. Minimum payout limit is $10. On withdrawal panel the "Request Payout" button is said to becomes active once account balance will be greater than $10. My account balance crossed $10 threshold in the first week of September-2009 but the button remained disabled. I wrote about this 3 times to the site admin, but there has been no action or reply. The accompanying screenshot shows clearly my account status as active and account balance as 11 USD. But "Request Payout" button can be seen to be still inactive.

Comments: well i was a member of 1 centsmails, sorry but this site is a scam because i have 10,000 in my account and the buttom to cash out is not active is like the promails.org the buttom is not active so you will never cash out your earning is always gonna be in the my account forever and i could never cash it out. so i a big scam don't join in any of this PTR, they promise they will pay you went you first join in but after you have the minimum pay out as a free member you will never receive your money, even if you email them asking for payment they will never respond to any of your email, so don't do it.
